## Emplacement
In terms of built and historical heritage, Amfreville has the specificity of having a listed site, both landscape and architectural, the Plain, in the center of the town. It is a group of pastures where the inhabitants used to have the right to graze their animals. Then the place was devoted to fairs and festivals. Très agréable séjour
Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement bien dans cette maison, quelques fleurs fraiches étaient même déposées dans le séjour, le seul petit ennui est l'impossibilité d'accrocher ses vêtements dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée la penderie étant pleine des vêtements des propriétaires. La proximité avec les villages normands tel que Beuvron en Auge et d'autres a été très appréciable. L'organisation du retrait et dépôt des clefs en boîte à lettres à l'agence fait que nous n'avons rencontré personne. Le concierge est joignable par sms.

Agréable maison au calme
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison qui esttrèsagréableet bien décorée. Contacts avec le gestionnaire excellents, il a tout fait pour faciliter notre arrivée et notre départ et répondait à nos demandes par mails ou sms très très rapidement. Quelques remarques cependant : le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et personne n'est venu essayer de le réparer (séjour court mais un coup de fil pour nous montrer que le sujet était pris en compte aurait été apprécié). Il n'y a pas assez d'assiettes pour une famille de 5. Les placards des chambres et de la cuisine étaient plein des affaires personnelles des propriétaires. Heureusement que nous n'avons passé que 3 nuits car vivre avec ses affaires dans les valises posées par terre dans les chambres n'est pas agréable. Pour le prix élevé nous aurions aimé un peu de place. Dernière remarque : il y a des chats dans la maison. Nous n'avons pas eu à nous en occuper, ils dormaient dehors, cela ne se ressentait pas dans la maison (ni odeur, ni poils), on les voyait dans le jardin et ils étaient très mignons mais il faudrait que ce soit indiqué dans l'annonce pour éviter que les personnes allergiques ou ayant peur des chats ne se trouvent en difficultés.
