Budget hostel close to attractions

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was happy and comfortable in the room and they even asked if I wanted them to book a car for me to take me back to the airport on checkout. The downside of the place was that being a budget hotel, there was no one to answer the phone at the reception all 4 times I tried calling, they didn't have any power plug adapters (but there was a shop next to them that sold them) and they didn't have any room service for any food or water. You can find a grocery store facing the hotel though that sold pretty much everything and converted USD to JD at the right rate. I didn't have time to check their breakfast as I was out early most days on tours and trips. The room was cleaned and recently renovated but the bathroom floor was wet and didn't have any towels or shampoo/shower gel. The hotel's location itself is very close to the main archeological attractions around the city of Amman and I basically walked to the Citadel and the Temple of Hercules in one afternoon and took some great pictures. Overall, I would recommend this place for a busy traveller just as long they have a towel, shampoo and the basics with them.

This is far away from being 3 star hotel. even one star is too much. No hot water, and even not enough pressure water. Wont stay there next time.

Very friendly staff and close to all

Staff is nice and very friendly close to all downtown attractions lot of shops around, breakfast is ok but boaring everyday same stuff. To take shower you must have 1 hour very little water. Can be improved if no carpet in the room

Friendly smiles at a nice hotel in Amman!

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A small, but nice breakfast is provided each morning. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the citadel and the Hashemite Square area. Laundry service also did a fine job for a reasonable price.

decent hotel, get what you pay for

Very helpful staff. Room was fine, what you expect for the rate. Write down the phone number so your taxi driver can call and find out exactly where it is.

Hotel ist direkt am Busstation ..

Von meine zimmer war ich sehr enttĂ€uscht,es gab keine HandtĂŒcher und Seifen,noch da zu Schimmel in Badezimmer.KĂŒhlschrank war dreckig und von BettwĂ€schen möchte ich nicht berichten.Komplets Zimmer muss dringend renoviert werden. Teppichboden Katastrophe!!!! In Zimmer befand sich zwei Nachtlampen aber ohne GlĂŒhbirnen.. als antwort wurde mir gesagt das ist nur Deko fĂŒr Katalog und Internet !!!!! Einzige gute war das personal einige massen freundlich war . Also zweites mal muss ich da nicht absteigen!!!!!

Okay hotel roomwise, but bathroom horrible

I booked a room with 4 single beds, and the room size is pretty large and comfortable. However, the only negative was the bathroom was horrible. It was all wet on the floor and the shower water was usually either too cold or too hot, almost unusable.

Hotel muito proximo do centro de Amman

Fiquei hospedado somente uma noite neste hotel, e recomendaria o mesmo. Muito proximo do centro, da pra ir a pe ate o Teatro Romano e a Cidadela, os pontos turisticos mais famosos da cidade. Hotel tambem oferece translado ate o aeroporto por 20JD. Equipe muito atenciosa e nos permitiu fazer um check out mais tarde devido ao horario de nosso voo.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was treated like family and royalty. My experience here is one I'll never forget and plan to return in the near future. Let me mention the staff from the Manager Bashar, Bassam who takes care of everything from the dining room, cleaning hotel and rooms and beyond. Reception staff Osama, Amged, Fadia. Hani handles Travel. Zooz who assist Bassam with keeping the hotel clean. Too all the Staff....I will miss you all dearly and the kind people of JORDAN.

Worst experience ever !!

No hot water. Now towels in room. No room cleaning for 3 days and after repeated requests. Extremely rude staff. Office manager did not care.
