Neither good nor bad

This was not an impressive place to stay, however, it was adequate. The place was large, but not spacious. Several, key, essential things like a coverings on the bathroom window or a place to hang your towels were missing. Things like a cigarette butt on the ground, was not appealing. When I stay there again? Maybe if everything else is full. This could be a great place, if they gave us a little more detail to the little things

The main thing that I look for is cleanliness and this apartment was very clean. It even smelled clean upon entering. The apt has a spacious living area and well equipped , updated kitchen. The whole apt looked like it had recently been renovated. The bathrooms looked new and were very clean. There was also a shared washer and dryer available which was very nice while traveling. I would recommend this apt!

Pretty nice place to stay

The apartment had what I needed for a 4-day stay. If I was there for work, there wouldn't have been a good spot for me to do that though. (since there are only barstools in the kitchen and no desk or table with chairs.) The bed was comfortable. The apartment was adequately warm. The full kitchen was much appreciated. The bathrooms were nice. (although the rugs on the floor were kinda dirty) Having access to the washer/dryer was a plus. I think they need a better broom and dustpan and maybe a swiffer wetjet to keep the floors clean since the guest needs to do the cleaning. Also, the smaller restroom has a window that's uncovered. That should be remedied. There were plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. Overall, I would stay there again.

October Business Trip

I stayed in an apartment in the upper level of this complex in October. The apartment interior is lovely, clean, and spacious. It was easy to access, and I received excellent instructions for gaining entry and for checking out. It is not, however, especially well-insulated for sound (lots of noise from neighboring apartment with baby crying and high-pitched metallic squeal coming from neighboring residence on windier days, someone running a power drill at 11:30 pm). I was instructed to take out garbage to outside container, which was overfull on the day of my check-out. Also, as I was on a business trip, this wasn't ideal as there was only a couch and two lightweight chairs for seating with no desk or higher table option (only the kitchen bar, which had wooden stools that were very uncomfortable for computer work). If you are going to Anchorage for vacation, this would be a great option as the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom spaces are fantastic. The apartment is nestled amongst a number of other residences, so you don't have much of a view, but you will be comfortable.

Good location. Clean and comfortable apartment.

This apartment is nicely located midway between the airport and downtown. It is spacious and worked well for two couples. We had a couple of easy meals in the kitchen / dining area. It was a quick drive to the old town area for dining out. I would stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay in Anchorage!!

This was a very beautiful place to stay! We wished we could have stayed longer! It was gorgeously detailed and remodeled to perfection! Everything inside was stunning!! We really loved the beautiful and simple décor with the gray and white theme throughout! The place was very comfortable and provided everything we needed and wanted! It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was very close to the airport! We really enjoyed staying here even though it was only for a short night! You will love staying here!

The owner was super great to work with, ultra responsive and very friendly. The place itself was great, really nice apartment and well stocked with all the things you need to hang out in Anchorage for a day or two, including tea and coffee which were great to have on hand! The decor was nice and the place was quiet, the beds were much more comfortable than I expected, and there was enough space for us to spread out and not trip over each other. They had a binder of stuff to see and do in the area as well, nice extra touch. Super clean. Highly recommend this place!

The stay was great, everything look very nice clean. The entryway needs to be swept and mopped, and the floor seems stickie to us, but everything was just beautiful brand new apartment. Would a stay again.

Wish it had been better. The location is convenient and the apartment is nicer than a hotel. However, we didn't get any check-in information until we asked for it 1.5 prior to check-in time. Then we arrived and the apartment hadn't been cleaned after the previous tenant. We were tired from travel so we stayed while the owner came in and cleaned and changed bedding. Owner was nice and apologetic about it, but it was still inconvenient. A wind storm the last night of our stay made it so the storage cupboards on the side of building were banging loudly and hard enough that it felt like something was hitting the roof or building. I thought a tree had fallen on the building, but it was just the siding and storage doors swinging in the wind and slamming closed. It would be nice if they had extra pillows in the unit and a cookie sheet in the kitchen. We didn't notice until late at night that there wasn't extra bedding for the fold out couch. Luckily they gave us the code to the onsite storage closet to get some to use. The pillows on the beds are pretty flat, so it would be nice to have more than just 2 pillows per bed to compensate for the flatness of the pillows. Overall, it was nicer than a hotel, but wish we had a smoother stay.

Had a few minor problems with controlling the temperature with the thermostat, but overall, everything else worked fine. A great place to stay, with very friendly owners who will work with you, to fix the things that need maintenance.
