I satay in this hotel last year that was great and the only reason I booked this again this yer but it wasn’t like last yer the 2 room I have booked it was smelling very bad and I phone some one in reception for extra blanket they refuse to bring me one . Very bad service no more for me in this hotel I’m paying for it I will go to a different hotel next time

Başka bir otelde görmediğim bir uygulama ile karşılaştım Temizlik yapılsın yazısını asmadığınız takdirde temizliğin 3 günde bir yapıldığını çıkışta öğrendik maalesef .Hiç olmazsa hergün kağıt kovaları boşaltılmalı ve kabaca bir süpürge yapılmalı idi Zaten çevreci kişiliğimizden dolayı hergün çarşafların değiştirilmesi beklentimiz yoktu Onun dışında lokasyon iyi kahvaltı yeterliydi Otopark olması tercih sebebiydi çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü idi

Aslında zincir otel olması nedeni ile biraz daha ileri seviye bir hizmet beklemiştik ancak beklediğimiz gibi olmadı. Öncelikle kendi segmentinden daha aşağıda olan oteller ile kıyaslandığında bile eksik noktaları var. Çift kişilik yapılan rezervasyonda bile odada su tek adet? Bir çok otelde kaldım ama tuvalet kağıdı bile yedeklenmemişti. Kahvaltıda en sıradan olan beyaz peynir bile yoktu. Bunun dışında tuvalet girdiğimizde temiz değildi. Daha önce konaklayanların kalıntıları vardı. Yatak ve çarşaflar temizdi. Çift kişilik konaklamların karşılığı olan hizmet çift kişilik odada olmadığı için ve sanki tek kişi konaklıyormuş gibi hizmet verildiği için puanlayacak olsam 5/10 derdim. Tekrar konaklayacağımı sanmıyorum.
