My family stayed for graduation weekend. Home was as described. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax. Just wish we had more time at the home! Property manager was attentive and checkin was seamless. Would stay again.

Great neighborhood and in a great location. We came to Ann Arbor to see a Univ Mich Game and it was perfect. Close to the Stadium, stores etc. This property is well maintained and very clean. Communication with the property owner was great. No complaints

Nice large house

This is a nice house in a great neighborhood. It’s close to everything in Ann Arbor. Open garage to park in and nice patio furniture out back. A comfortable house. We’ve stayed here twice and definitely would again.

Came to Ann Arbor for a Michigan game. This house was perfect for our group. Great backyard lots of space very clean. Lots of room for cars. Description in the website was spot on! Would definitely hook this home again if we were in town.

Awesome game Day weekend stay

The property was very clean. It was within minutes of the big house. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very nice backyard patio. Eat at Buddy’s, knight’s steakhouse downtown Ann Arbor, Anna’s House for breakfast. We had a blast and the house was perfect for our family. Thank you!

Great house for a family stay

This house was a great fit for my group of 2 families with young kids. Highlights include a large dining table that comfortably seats 8, 2 separate living room areas with comfortable seating, a variety of games available, and a massive primary bedroom. The house was clean with some normal wear and tear (like scuffs on the walls). Great outdoor seating area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The communication was a weaker point - it was just a bit overwhelming (maybe 10 emails) and confusing (missing information on form emails). I received emails from 2 different parties - (Cussen holdings and Magnolia Accommodations). There was contradictory information in emails regarding check out procedures and I had to clarify. Streamlining the communication would be helpful. But I would totally stay here again!

Beautiful home, plenty of room for large groups! Would've love to have been able in enjoy the outdoor patio, but it was too cold outside! Our young ladies definitely enjoyed the bunk beds too 🙂

Nice, spacious home

This was a nice big home that fit our family perfectly. Plenty of beds and a nice living room and dining room. It seemed like it had relatively new carpet and it was very nice. Loved having a garage to pull into! There were a few things that could be fixed to make it perfect. The communication leading up to the stay was slow. I was getting “Your trip is coming up” messages after I had already arrived. There wasn’t a “Welcome to our home” binder or information packet which would have been very helpful. We had to search for towels (found them in the dryer) and didn’t find extra pillowcases until we were leaving. Here’s a few things that need to be addressed: 1. Need more towels (including kitchen towels) 2. Upstairs hall bathroom door doesn’t close. 3. Main floor 1/2 bath faucet handle comes off. 4. Wi-Fi information is not correct. 5. Need more cooking pans/utensils. There’s probably always going to be a large group staying there. Overall, though, it was a nice place and I would definitely stay again.

Great spot

House was very cute and clean. Plenty of space, bedrooms had very firm beds which we loved. Master bedroom was very spacious. Located less than a mile from l types of restaurants and Meijer. Quiet neighborhood. The backyard looked awesome but too cold for us to run around back there. Quick responses from management which is always appreciated. We just couldn’t get the front keypad unlocked, so we used the garage- not a huge issue. Would stay here again for sure.
