my husband and i finished this villa on november 2018, is located in Anse Marcel in the French side, overlooking the beach.
this villa is perfect if you want to be out of sight .
you have a private gate and a large parking.

the villa is located at 5 minutes from Orient Beach and Pinel island.

She is spacious and modern with her private swimming pool and heated for winter time.
The house is 220 volts but now everybody has usb port so the house is equiped with usb plugs.

This villa has a single master bedroom, ideal for a romantic getaway with all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy your holidays in a small paradise.
This villa is ideal and made for renewal vow wedding or romantic escape , honey moon.
You will be on a private property overlooking the sea with all convenience.
one suggestion rent a 4 wheel drive car for the island and for anse marcel.

You have a nice living room with 3 large windows with mosquito screen in case you need and rolling shutters.
One huge sofa with a 82 inch TV with Sonos system. You have also a relaxing side with 3 arm beach chairs always facing the ocean.
There is a pacman arcade machine for fun
The open kitchen is fully equipped and great to share time with your dear ones, enjoy cocktails with a nice bar with 5 stoolschairs and also i know i already said it but it is true, facing the ocean.
Outside you have a cover patio for dinning with a possibility of 8 seats.

This special place is located in Anse Marcel, a beautiful area and always facing the ocean and the swimming pool.
You can relax by the pool on the sun beach chairs or sit on the comfortable outside sejour sofa to read a book .
there is the solarium with the confortable twin sunbed
The master bedroom facing the ocean, she has a king size bed,with a dressing for him and for her not forgetting the bathroom with her Italian shower.
She has also a huge window with mosquito screen rolling shutters and curtains.
in the garden with fruit trees:
mango, guava, corrossol and passion fruits depending on the season.
down the stairs you have also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Down the hill you have restaurants ,bars grocery shop and boutiques to make some shopping and this only walking distance.

This was our second stay in this house. We were there last year and chose to return for two weeks. The house is amazing and so are the views. Our host was the best. There was a power shutdown that caused the pool heater to trip, it was fixed immediately. We cannot recommend this house enough.It is the Perfect Lovers Hideaway.

This property was absolutely beautiful and has amazing views of the water and town of Anse Marcel. And the owner, Stephanie, was super helpful throughout our trip. The beach is a short walk and there are a couple of lovely restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect setting. The villa has a great design, and for two people it is great. The pool added a lot to the stay. The nearby hiking was fantastic and, of course, there is the sea and beach.

VERY NICE

My wife and I loved Victoria's property. It was a little slice of heaven. Small and cozy for just 2 people, but everything was first class. Beautiful view of the ocean and another island to the north. Small private pool was intimate and gorgeous. We had a wonderful time. It was so relaxing.

Great Experience and Beautiful Location

Stephanie is great to work with. The location is well maintained and has exactly what it shows in the pictures. The Anse Marcel Beach is quiet and is not crowded as they work on the hotel renovations. This spot is the place you want if you are looking for a corner of paradise with your significant other or family!

This villa is modern, full of amenities, and overlooks beautiful Ance Marcel bay and Anguilla. The bed was comfortable, the TV super-sized, the kitchen had every possible appliance, and the heated pool was relaxing. Quality all-around!

Amazing!

Thank you Stephanie for everything during our 10 day stay at this amazing house. The pictures do not do this house justice. Privacy, beautiful view, heated pool, and everything in the kitchen you would ever need. It was so hard to leave and come home. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful retreat

This property is exactly as listed. Beautiful property with amazing views. The quiet peacefulness washes over you almost instantly. The Sonos system was a great touch. The bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and Stephanie was quick to answer questions and help out if needed. We stayed here for eight nights and hope to be back soon. Amazing!

This was by far the coolest place we’ve ever stayed! The view was amazing, and the villa had everything we could hope for to make our vacation incredible. The outdoor space and pool was where we spent most of our time and we loved going out for the day and then getting home to happy hour here! Stephanie was a kind and generous host and was thoughtful when our travel plans delayed due to weather! Thank YOU!!
