Summary:
Charming beach house that sleeps 6, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room, and kitchen (Permit #231284). Step outside to a deck with a BBQ, outdoor seating, and breathtaking ocean views. A short stroll to Rio Del Mar Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, & more.
This home was built in the early 1940's and holds some of the original character like plaster walls & original doors but it's been updated with modern staples like central heat, updated kitchen, windows, & interior finishes.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 2 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin beds (bunk bed)
- 1 bathroom (shower only, no bath tub)
- Thereâs space for 2 cars in the driveway, and free street parking is available nearbyâjust keep in mind that spots can be hard to find during the busy season.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drop coffee maker
- Living room
- Deck w/ outdoor seating & BBQ

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities.

Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
