In the heart of the famous Moulleau area, you'll enjoy dream weekends and vacations, with shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlors and boutiques all within easy reach... The beach? Just cross the street.

This charming, air-conditioned duplex apartment (80 m² and terrace) can accommodate 6 travelers.
Located on the 1st floor of a 4-lot condominium, it features a lovely living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), 1 separate toilet.

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofa, armchair, dining area, table for 6 and open-plan kitchen.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kettle...
- Master bedroom with Queen-size bed and en-suite shower room, washbasin, shower, closet and toilet.
- A removable 3-panel partition allows you to close off this space, or open it up for a loft feel, and position the TV on the living room side!
- Separate wc

First floor:
- A children's bedroom with 2 single beds
- A queen-size bedroom (twin beds), cupboards, chest of drawers
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit

Exterior:
- A sunny terrace, with table and chairs, parasol, 3 deckchairs, a small table, a small electric plancha as well as a water inlet for cleaning your feet when you get back from the beach!

We like:
Its location in the heart of Moulleau is brilliant!
Its surface area, its space, its terrace and the air-conditioning in hot weather, only the children's bedroom doesn't benefit from it, we've provided a fan!

Transportation:
- By car: you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
Beware, the exit is not easy and only accessible to small cars.
- There's an hourly bus service (line 3) just down the road to Arcachon station in one direction, and to Dune du Pyla in the other!
- Arcachon train station 5 km (10 min by car)
- Bordeaux airport (65 km, 52 min by car)

Other remarks:
- The apartment is managed by Cocoonr Arcachon.
- Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, beds will be made on arrival.
- To start your stay, we provide a few coffee capsules, different kinds of tea, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, oil/salt/pepper, toilet paper, shower gel.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Wifi included

- Typical market of La Teste, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the halles, but also many market gardeners outside, organic production, cheese from the Pyrenees, confits, foie gras, shoes, clothes etc., guaranteed atmosphere, small glass of white or coffee at the end!
- Les Halles d'Arcachon, with its famous indoor and outdoor markets
- Dune du Pyla (4km)
- Andernos-les-Bains (40 km, 53 min by car)
- Bordeaux (66 km, 50 min by car)

Ideas for activities on the Bassin d'Arcachon :
- Discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district, with its superb fin-de-siècle houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the Bassin.
- At lunchtime, indulge in an oyster tasting at the port of La Teste, the port of Gujan, the market of La Teste or Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request).
- Conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla.
- Take to the open sea, with regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées.
- Cruise down the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide, or take your kayak out on your own.
- Cycle along the cycle paths to Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla.
