Located in the heart of a secure, beautifully landscaped residence, close to shops and all amenities, and just a few minutes' walk from the seafront;
Be charmed by this delightful holiday home, just a 10-minute walk from the sea.
The ground floor comprises a living room/kitchenette, a sleeping area with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is another sleeping area that can accommodate several beds.
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace with artificial grass, approximately 15m².
End-of-stay cleaning included.
Sheets and towels not provided.
A security deposit of €400 is payable upon arrival by check (not cashed) or via the SWIKLY platform.
