At the foot of the first fortress overlooking the Loire, in the village of Arlempdes, the former presbytery has been converted into two adjoining holiday cottages. This cottage, designed to accommodate up to 8 people, offers a functional and comfortable layout. It opens onto a 45 mÂČ courtyard with breathtaking views of the Loire (access and fencing shared by both accommodations). Nearby attractions include: Pradelles, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, the draft horse museum, rail biking, etc. (12 km); Lake Bouchet (15 km, fishing, supervised swimming); Lake IssarlĂšs in the ArdĂšche (25 km); and Lake Naussac in the LozĂšre (23 km). All shops and a market are located in Costaros, just 7 km away. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen opening onto the living room (with a sofa bed and television). Upstairs, the cottage has three bedrooms (two double beds and four single beds), as well as a shower room and toilet. Located in a village listed among the most beautiful villages in France, the cottage enjoys a peaceful setting. The church bells ring only rarely and remain silent most of the time.
Heating is electric with an 8 kWh allowance per day; beyond that, consumption is charged at a rate of âŹ0.25/kWh.
A security deposit is required upon arrival and must be given to the person in charge of welcoming guests, unless it has been previously secured by credit card authorization.
A cleaning fee of âŹ80 is available. Bed linen can be provided for an additional fee: âŹ5 for a single bed and âŹ7.50 for a double bed.
