Perfect For Large Family Get Aways Or Your Gorgeous Ranch Style Wedding.

Enjoy a peaceful couples getaway, or spend the weekend with the whole family at our house. The property is enclosed by trees for complete privacy, has a large veranda patio and a second story balcony. There is also a second driveway with room for an r.v. or two and a grill for a relaxing evening bbq.

The master bedroom features a Cal-King bed, a large t.v. a large shower, and a jetted bathtub. All of the bedrooms have there own bathrooms/showers one is a jack & Jill bathroom with a tub and shower. Upstairs there are 2 Cal-King beds, and 4 full sized beds, with an extra Queen air mattress available for larger groups. All 8 beds available have sheets blankets and comforters and all but one of the bedrooms have walk-in closets available. We do have cable now with DVR in addition to standard dvd/blue ray players, and Wi-fi is included.

A 2000 square foot barn, tables, and chairs are available for larger groups. Pricing based on time of year and size of event.

We are located only 3.5 miles from the village of Arroyo Grande with lots of fun shops, restaurants, and wine-tasting rooms. Don't forget the Arroyo Grande Farmer's Market every Saturday from 12:00 noon to 2:30.
We are located 7 miles from 7 world-class wineries: Talley, Laetitia, Wolff, Tangent, Edna Valley, Chamisal, Tolosa, etc.
We are located only 6 miles from Lopez Lake and 6 miles from Pismo Beach. Lopez Lake has water slides for the kids and fishing and of course boating.

The house was perfect for our holiday gathering of 4 families. The kitchen, the living spaces and the bedroom's were as advertised. The lawns are well maintained and picturesque. In the area to visit family that lives in Nipomo. This house is definately set up for large groups of people. We have stayed here before. The backyard is huge and the kids The host was very good at communicating, which was nice.

We had an amazing stay at the Heritage Estate in Arroyo Grande! The home is absolutely beautiful — very spacious inside and out, with a gorgeous yard and relaxing back porch that was perfect for our family gathering. It comfortably accommodated our whole group for my son’s 18th birthday weekend.The house had everything we needed, including two pool tables and two refrigerators, which made hosting so much easier. It was also a very short drive to ride the ATVs we rented on Sunday, which made the weekend even more fun and convenient.The only suggestion we would make is adding TVs to the additional bedrooms, as there are currently only two in the home (family room and master bedroom). Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!

Great getaway!

Husbands 30th Birthday

My family and dogs really like this property, and we are repeat visitors. Great privacy in a park like setting - yet you are close enough to town to enjoy some good restaurants and events. Grounds are beautiful and house is roomy with a great kitchen. We will be back!

Great Family Location

The property is the perfect size for our family. This is the 3rd year in a row we have vacationed here with our kids and grandkids. The only drawback was that the Master Bedroom TV did not work, which left only 1 TV for 10 different tastes.

Christmas 2024 - Breathtaking and Beautiful Property

This property with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths was perfect for our family (there were 10 of us this year plus 2 dogs)! We go away each Christmas to a VRBO home and this one did not disappoint. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the home and grounds are beautiful! The kitchen and bathroom were clean and clean matters to us!

House was in a great secluded spot for a family getaway. The grounds of the property were amazing. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play outdoors and people to explore the neigborhood. This property was heaven sent and I spent so many of my hours enjoying the beautiful backyard. The house is large, delightfully clean, comfortable, and fully furnished with everything you may need for a family weekend. Truly a winner.

Huge house with Beautiful grounds

We had a great stay for a weekend family reunion with four families, a total of six adults and seven kids ranging from 7 to 17 staying in the house and two more adults in an RV in the driveway. The bedrooms are all huge so there is plenty of space for people to spread out and to put use the air mattresses when needed. The grounds are amazingly green and lush and there are birds everywhere.

beautiful property and location. We had a good time and worked around some of the shortcomings of the dated facility. The home needs updating, clean carpet, clean window and screen repair, appliance review, furniture review. I was disappointed with the Vrbo recommendation.

Absolutely perfect. Everyone in our party had a fantastic weekend. Everyone loved the home. It’s huge, clean, will stocked, very comfortable. Absolutely beautiful grounds. Great quiet neighborhood. I’m over the top happy that we found this home and it worked for our dates. I would recommend this home to anyone. Also, we didn’t have a wedding at the home but the home holds weddings at the venue and it would be spectacular. Anyway, this home get a 20 not 10.

Family Weekend

Family members gathered from Northern and Southern California for a celebration weekend. Home description was accurate and the reservation process and check in were trouble-free. Manager's answer to our messages was prompt. The home is well maintained, very clean, and quite spacious, but the best part for us was sitting on the porch overlooking the large, beautiful garden. The house feels somewhat isolated (which we liked) and we had total privacy. On another note, we were impressed by the wine selection at JJ's Market & Deli and the pizzas from Palo Mesa. Both businesses are within a 3 minute drive.

Comfortable and Nice Stay

The house was very comfortable for 4 separate households of 8 adults. The shower (good water pressure) and toilet worked great, and the kitchen was a great place to congregate. For the kitchen, more dish towels and cleaner pans would have enhanced the set up. The pans were very sticky with old oil and didn't look all that clean. The pots were fine. Overall, we recommend the place and stay there again. Thank you.

Family Get Together

The house is gorgous and the backyard amazing. We came up with our daughter/son in law and four grand kids to visit famiy who live in Nipomo. This house fit our needs perfectly. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. We didn’t do a lot of cooking in the amazing kitchen (breakfast only) as we ate dinner one night in Arroyo Grande downtown. What a cute area!!! I wish I could have spent more time there. We ended up purchasing tamales locally for our second dinner which were amazing. The backyard has a patio which was the perfect location for us to enjoy some charcuteerie for luch while watching the little ones (1 1/2, 3, 4 and 6) run around and play ball. A wonderful weekend was had by all and I hope to rent this house again sometime soon. Thanks so much to the property manager which made the trip seamless.
