You`ll find it both room and cozy, but with its fantastic location, you`ll want to spend time exploring Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, and the Blue Ridge Parkway among many other local attractions.

Located in the heart of downtown Asheville next to the beautiful Foundry Hotel (great restaurant and bar!) and nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this condo offers guests the best of both worlds. And it`s only moments away from Asheville`s Biltmore Avenue with restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries.

The cleanliness and familiarity of this space were the standouts. The bathroom was great for couples. It snowed out this weekend and it was fun seeing the neighborhood kids playing outside from our balcony.

The building and the condo are beautiful. There is plenty of space for two adults. The bathroom is spacious with two sinks and a large walk in shower. The balcony overlooks Triangle Park. The location is perfect for walking to stores and restaurants uptown. The private parking lot is convenient and included in the rental fee. Building security works well with the phone app described in the rental instructions. We would definitely stay in this unit on our next trip to Asheville.

We’ve stayed in several VRBO in the area and this is by far the best yet. Super clean, great location, easy parking and easy to use app on our phone that worked as a key to get into the building. We’ll be back for sure!
