Mark Susan was a great host and helped us stay comfortable. One thing I would recommend to them is the furniture sofa was unable to recline. It would be good for future guests if they can change the furniture. The property is close to Maggie Valley, Lake Junaluska.

Perfect getaway
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was great- secluded and still very close to Lake Junaluska, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. It was exactly what we needed.

Great Girls Get Away.
Loved the Villa. Spacious and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and loved the tub and shower in queen suite. Contact with Jim, the owner was quick. Check in a breeze. Waynesville just 6 minutes away and close to Maggie Valley and Asheville. Will definitely stay here again if in area. Peggy B.

Clean and comfortable!
rented this for a sisters getaway, everything was wonderful. the directions are spot on. there were several small touches that really set this one apart. The host leaves you a welcome note, an informational guide to the house and area, and even some bubbly and popcorn. I was super impressed! The house has some really cool features. You're secluded but close to shopping, a grocery store and fast food. Everything was clean and comfortable. As far as handicap accessible, it apparent that they really tried. one of the toilets was a little loose and a couple of the outlets didn't seem to work but that's about it. I'm definitely saving this one for future trips!
