This is a loft within a shared property housing several rooms/suites. Our space was private with an individual entrance on a shared yard and lot. The signage and access was very easy. Great location to everything in central Ashland, and a quiet neighborhood feel that is both safe and easy. Off-street parking directly behind the property for anyone with a car. Everything was really clean and neat. The room itself was large and comfortable. There is a staircase to access and no elevator, so someone with mobility issues could find it challenging. Outside the entrance to the room is a small outdoor sitting area which is ideal for a morning read or coffee. The room is very lovely - a large king-sized bed, well-appointed fridge, coffee pot, small microwave, some utensils and glassware, comfortable seating on a day bed, two chairs, etc... The bed was very comfortable. Lighting is adequate. There is no desk per se but plenty of space to use a computer if needed. WiFi was fine. We did not use the TV at all. The bathroom is on the smaller size, with a shower and no tub, but very efficient and everything in perfect condition. Nice touch of some fresh flowers and a personal welcome note on arrival and great communication with the ownership/management team. Would absolutely stay here again when in Ashland and look forward to coming back.
