The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait.
Everything was great the staff had some problems coordinating my reservation with Expedia but in the end were happy to let me stay. I donât think they ever found my reservation.
The staff was helpful, though they didn't speak English, but they tried to translate via apps.
Room cleaning was per request and we were late at figuring that out.
Beds were kind of hard (not firm hard), and the sofa had lost a pillow so they added a back rest. I didn't look good, but it was sufficient, and I slept better there, than in the beds.
The local area is fine, there is convenient stores, small restaurants and ATM's nearby.
WiFi was slow but reliable.
I will recommend this for shorter stays than longer (we were there for 9 nights).
The price is low, and you get what you pay for, but an advantage is it is one of the cheaper hotels close the South Astana, which mostly have expensive hotels
