This lovely and spacious Ranch home is great for large groups looking for a peaceful getaway! Located in a quiet area of Atascadero, our home is great for exploring the nearby downtown, wineries, and all other areas of the central coast. Whether you are looking for a wine filled weekend, amazing restaurants, or maybe to get some sun at the nearby beaches, our home’s central location is also perfect for those looking to explore San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, and other nearby towns.
The space
Spread out in our newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home featuring a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as KING size beds, central heating and air, hardwood flooring, washer/dryer, and much more. The beautiful backyard is great for entertaining, with a covered patio, large dining area, Traeger BBQ, comfortable furniture, and a fire-pit. Also, you can play Horseshoes and Cornhole and the fully fenced backyard is a great for pets! There is also a second fire pit in the quiet area out front.
Guest access
The home is all yours! There is plenty of parking in the driveway out front, but you'll also have garage access and for those with a TESLA, we have a charger on site.

Birthday weekend

I picked the location due to the proximity of Santa Margarita Ranch. The house was very well equipped and was spotless. We enjoyed the backyard and the bar was a cool bonus. It was a great place for our largish group to spend the weekend together. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back next year.
