About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Your Perfect Up North Perch On the Peshtigo River Awaits.

This cozy cabin sits perched above the Peshtigo River and boasts one of the most peaceful and picturesque views to be found for miles along the Peshtigo, as the mighty river is diverted by a multitude of small islands and pours gently over ancient granite formations. You can appreciate the river's splendor from the new deck, and then let it sing you to sleep after sundown.

From your cabin you are only minutes away from swimming, boating, fishing, trail riding, cross-country skiing, etc. ATV/UTVers and snowmobilers will love being able to ride directly from the cabin to hook up with the extensive trail system. And trout fisherman will appreciate the miles and miles and miles of rivers and streams in the area.

Billed as the Waterfalls Capital of Wisconsin, you are positioned amidst 14 scenic and accessible waterfalls which are located primarily in the Marinette County Parks System. Whether you choose to hike, camp or picnic along the tour, a falls excursion is a great way to cap off a weekend or vacation.

The cabin is adjacent to Wildman Adventure Ranch, so perhaps whitewater rafting, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, or challenging yourself on their ropes course is in your future?

If weather puts a temporary damper on your outdoor plans, don't fret, there are puzzles, games, cards, movies and a small smart TV (if your data is working) to help pass the time.

The cabin has plenty of parking for your vehicles, trailers or campers. It has its own private yard, a gas grill, wood burning fireplace and an outdoor firepit. The two bedrooms are upstairs, along with the bathroom, while the living room and kitchen/dinning area are down below. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other is equipped with a single-over-double bunk bed which can sleep 3. In addition, the futon in the living room serves as an additional sleeping space for two, and is a great place to snooze in the winter while the wood stove roars.

The kitchen is compact and fully equipped with the essentials (stove, microwave, crockpot, electric skillet, rice maker, toaster, pots, pans, sheet pans, grill utensils, cutting boards, etc).

We pride ourselves on keeping a clean and comfortable place for your retreat. Fresh sheets are provided. Comfortable beds, with hypoallergenic mattress covers on all beds for your reassurance of a relaxing night's rest. Please bring your own blankets, pillows and towels. What else do you need? Let us know. We're looking forward to sharing our magical space with you.

Peaceful getaway
We had a great weekend in this beautiful cabin. It was a getaway for our 1 year anniversary. Peaceful listening to the sounds of the river at night. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome Getaway Spot!
My son and I stayed in later July and we had an amazing time. The cabin is in a perfect location, making it easy to get to place to place in just a short drive. We kayaked, spent a lot of time just hanging out in the river, fished, and visited nearby towns. And, we cooked over an open fire most nights! I highly recommend!

Great getaway
This was our first vacation "up north" and enjoyed being on the Peshtigo River very much. It was a main attraction for us as we had fun exploring the river and going fishing for crawdads (catch and release, of course) with our kids (6 and 9). We put up our own camping hammocks so we could just hang out next to the river. Bring water shoes and bug spray! Wildman Adventures was very close and a kayak tour with them was a highlight of the trip. We'll be back to go white water rafting when the kids are a bit older. The cabin was a great home base and we spent a lot of time there relaxing on the deck, playing games, grilling meals, and enjoying a campfire and smores to end the day. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We went out to eat just once at Jungle Jim's where you can get great BBQ. We had a great time and hope to be back.

Gem on the river.
This little cabin was really great. It's small but perfect for a few people. The real prize is the location! Built into the side of a slope going down to the Peshtigo river, the deck offers a beautiful view. Cabin comes with most things you need (bring foil and extra toilet paper). Not much storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom is quite small (a very tall person would have difficulties) but overall was super fun and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Wildman is right next door too and you can go rafting, paddle boarding, etc. from there. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome cabin
The cabin was very nice and clean and you can’t beat the location! It’s secluded enough so you can enjoy your peace and quiet and yet there’s a couple of restaurants and bars just minutes away.
