Spectacular. Right in the heart of Monastiraki, Ancient & Roman AgoraCheck-in was made so easy and Irene was super helpful- even ordered our Taxi on departing dateApartment was beautiful & clean- just as described.Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay
We stayed here the last 4 nights of our 2 week Greece trip. The highlight for us was the neighborhood - it felt local and had great food choices. Was also close to sight seeing. The place was spacious and very clean. Only down side was the listing said 2 showers but there was just one.
We were a family of four that traveled from the United States on a 10 hour flight to come to Athens. I requested an earlier check-in that was denied rudely despite multiple requests. The Company sent me a list of places that I could leave my luggage which was far away from the apartment. Eventually, that is what we had to do, but we had been exhausted after our travel and were just walking around aimlessly in the heat for about three hours. Eventually, I decided to go to the apartment at 2 PM instead of the 3 PM check in time and the key was already available for me. I did not get any communication from the company and did not want to understand my situation Similarly, when we checked out, I was told that the apartment needed to be cleaned for the next guest that would arrive the same day and had to leave by 11 AM. I decided to take liberty to stay an extra hour and a half and informed them about it but did not get an answer. Eventually, when we checked out at 12:45 there was nobody there to clean the apartment and I donât believe that it was going to be rented out that day. I have stayed in Vrbo multiple times previously and Iâve always found The property managers to be very accommodating understanding the guests needs.
Also on the water heater was leaking and a maintenance person was able to get into the apartment without knocking, while we were there and had a key. Scared me a little bit.
The apartment was clean and relatively well maintained.
