Classic City Cottage: Walk to 5 Points/UGA/Stadium

This bright and cozy 3-bedroom cottage sits in the heart of Five Points, Athens' most desirable, historic, and centrally located neighborhood. The home is steps from shops and restaurants, Milledge Ave., and UGA's beautiful campus.

-1.5 miles to Sanford Stadium
-2.5 miles to downtown

You'll have access to the entire home, including the fenced-in front patio with seating and a gas grill. Perfect for families, friends, game days, and your furry friend! Athens is waiting for you-see you soon!


Additional Details:

This 1940's home was updated in 2018 and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart Roku TV, and a smart-lock for self check-in. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals and brewing coffee, and the bedrooms and bathroom have all the amenities you'll need. There’s also a highchair and pack and play for little ones.

The entire living space is on the main level, and a washer and dryer are available for use in the basement.

There are 3 designated parking spots behind the house in addition to free street parking.

The fenced-in front yard is cook-out ready! There is a gas grill and picnic table. A cornhole set is also available for use on the property.

Several quintessential spots in Athens (campus, sporting venues, greek life, and shops/restaurants) are within walking distance of our home. Enjoy your stay at the cottage and take in all that Athens has to offer!

It was a wonderful location - a few minutes walk to the park on one side and shops on the the other side. It is a very cute vintage cottage with a fabulous fenced area for my doggie. Everything was very clean and there were some unexpected surprises like coffee filters, coffee, creamer and a few snacks

Classic City Cottage was the perfect home away from home for my visit to Athens. The home itself had everything I needed to be comfortable inside and out, and the neighborhood was lovely! I was close to campus, downtown, and everything else ai wanted to explore. Above all, the home was definitely a cozy place to relax! My hosts were absolutely amazing in terms of communicating and sharing insight into what I might enjoy around town while visiting. I hope to be back soon!

My family and I stayed one night at Meagan and Kyle's cottage while we were in the process of relocating to Athens. This was the perfect place to unwind after a busying week of moving. The home is incredibly charming, in the perfect location, and very peaceful. The kitchen is fully stocked, the living area is very spacious, and the hosts' attention to detail really takes this place to the next level (little treat basket on the table, plenty of hooks for lots of towels in the bathroom, books and games available for use, etc). Meagan and Kyle were highly communicative, flexible, and down right friendly. If I ever need overflow space for guests I will definitely book this property again.

Mommy Daughter Weekend

Was in town for my youngests last sorority mommy/daughter weekend and the location was great. Easy to get Ubers to and from downtown and very very close. Would stay again!
