Staff helpfulness. Location- across the street from the Metro (easy to navigate, buy tickets). Know that with a balcony/sea view room comes street noise, dogs barking, sirens, through the night- earplugs! Room was well-appointed.

All staff were very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bedding was so comfortable. Perfect area for us to have as a base for the football stadium. I would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The room was wonderful, staff at front desk and in the bar and restaurant were excellent. It was unfortunate that one elevator wasn't working. Everyone in the hotel was checking out at the same time to catch cruises, and it meant a very lengthy wait, and I ended up carrying our suitcases down from the 7th floor.

Loved the Port Square. Was like a little tuck away in New York. Evening we got there the gentlemen grabbed my bags an we went in. Rooms were small but clean, uptown, & bathroom was superb all glass an rain head shower. TV was in Greek but you could pick Eng. coffee in room an compliment restaurant was great! Coffee pastry sandwich shop next door

Check-in was a breeze and room was clean and well-equipped. The area was pretty bustling being so close to the port but the room itself was quiet. We were only here for one night so we didn't get to use all the amenities of the hotel and area but overall our stay was nice.
