Room was great just the service. I’m a Marriot Bonboy member and booked because the price was lower. Arrived the first night and called down to the front desk due to no towels being in the room. At check in I requested to have room cleaned after first night. I was at a game all day and I spoke to house keeping before I left. When I returned at 9 pm I returned to a dirty room I thought it was just me but my other party did also. Room 312 and 307. On Dec5-7

Our room and the hotel were very clean (which is always top priority), modern design of room was excellent! Staff was quite courteous and professional. Great stay, except that the shower stall was extremely small, barely enough for one person. My partner and I were not able to take a shower together.

This was an absolute amazing stay! And just beautiful and everything was done in an excellent manner from booking through departure. Love that so many restaurants and shopping were literally walking distance from the hotel. When you walked in the hotel the decor was beautiful and it smelled nice. The rooms were very nice with the filtered water and iced down the hall which was so wonderful and appreciated. The BREAKFAST... oh my goodness was delicious!!! Those were NOT powdered eggs! That open faces scrambled egg with prosciutto was just mouth watering and delicious!! The whole cake and the icing was the staff. The service was consistent across the board no matter the shift. From making sure my daughter felt the birthday love with the happy birthday when she walked in to the surprise note and treats when she walked in her room, to helping to try to fix our TV when engineering were gone for the day... just service with excellence. I randomly chose this hotel after originally booking with The Whitley because i knew i wanted an indoor pool for my daughter and her friends, but also wanted outing options in walking distance, and AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead exceeded my expectations completely! A special thank you to Sidney, Chandler, David at Breakfast, and Jalisa... you each individually and collectively made our stay a memorable and meaningful one. I look forward to returning!
