Pricey for what you actually get. It is not GRAND by any means. Starbucks stop serving coffee at 4, even though they close at 5 pm. Restaurants close at different times throughout the week, no consistency. There is no customer service. Staff is not rude but there is no sense of customer service.

Clean, safe, friendly staff. Elevators and hallways need updating, but other parts, including rooms, are newer. Fitness center with plenty of machines and some free weights.

Front desk staff was courteous. Room had smoke smell and ventilation too. Furniture had stain and no dustbin in room or bathroom. Iron was not working and asked staff to change it but they did not.
