My wife and I drove south in search or warmer temps and this house in Atlantic Beach was the perfect destination. The house was clean and had everything we needed, was walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and in the perfect location. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed staying in the location because it was easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. The house, which is in a family-friendly neighborhood, is very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very nice and helpful when we contacted him. It is one of the nicest places in which I have stayed during my many trips to Atlantic Beach.

Great house and location. Spacious, convenient to the beach.Only issue was our oversight of towels and linens NOT included. This should be highlighted in the amenities description and reminded with the check-in info. Thankfully we had friends close-by that had extras.

Beautifully maintained house, clean and easy walk to the beach and local restaurants! Owners were very nice annd super responsive to taking care of a request we had. Only wish I had realized there are not curtains (there are nice blinds though) as the sunlight lights up the rooms as soon as it comes up!

Amazing week in Atlantic Beach

This was our second stay in Atlantic Beach, and first time at this property. We were beyond amazed and thrilled with the accommodations. The pictures didn’t do the house justice. A perfect beach house with an enjoyable walk to the beach. We loved our stay and the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Atlantic Beach Oasis

Our families stay at the property was awesome! The property is in a wonderful location not only to go out to the beach, but also to get to other conveniences. The property was very clean, spacious, and was perfect for our family of 6. We personally loved the front porch first thing in the morning. My kids have already asked if we can come back next year! We will definitely be staying again!

New experience

I was surprised by this property.I have never stayed at a VRBO where there are no towels or linens. The rental states this in the description of the property plain as day but I was negligent in reading closely and, needless to say, was completely surprised after arriving. The miscommunication lies with me. After getting over the "holy smokes" moment of realizing my mistake, we dealt with it. No harm done. I poled my family that stayed at the property. Me, my wife, and two adult children. We were in the area for our niece's wedding. (absolutely awesome wedding)The general consensus was a 5/10 score. I would give it a 6/10.I think the house is stocked with the least expensive items available. Being a rental I can maybe understand this. Maybe beach rentals have to be this way since the incidence of sand and beach would wear on a house to no end. Renters aren't always known for their kindness and consciousness but it seemed that the rentiees are relying on the leftovers of previous renters. There just wasn't much at the house. This is a rental where people who are comfortable with doing all the work, ie.. bringing all linen and towels, all foodstuffs and supplies, and doing all the work themselves will enjoy. Those who want everything supplied for them will be disappointed. Location is absolutely awesome. Parking in the downtown area is a premium and the ability to enjoy the beach, the Tackle Box, and a busy area is great. For the right renters, it can be an awesome place.

Nice house, nice location

Very clean, no carpet. Don’t forget your linens including beach towels and kitchen dish towels. Very convenient to some restaurants and three blocks from the beach. If you have kids, bring beach toys.

Great little beach trip

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, and in a great location for a walk to the beach. I have only one suggestion however, a bedside lamp in the bedrooms would be nice for reading.
