The space
This house is completely newly renovated fo 2020. There are 4 stories, with a bathroom on each floor and 3700 square feet for your large group.

The modern living area immediately catches your eye with colorful pillows adorning the large sectional couch. Plenty of seating for the entire family is available.

Hang out on the swing in our indoor sun room, or soak up the sun on our 2nd floor outdoor deck!

With an open layout on the first floor, you can easily chat with all of your family and friends whether they are watching movies in the living area or cooking a homemade meal in the kitchen!

The kitchen, also newly renovated, boasts beautiful granite countertops that add an appealing touch to the well-lit room. Fully equipped for all of your essential cooking needs, the kitchen offers amenities such as a microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals!

The house was a perfect location for me and my Team during our stay in AC. The house had multiple rooms enough for each of us at a reasonable price and the host was beyond welcoming and patient with our many questions! I cannot begin to express how great of a time we had! Check in was easy, the amenities were on point and the living room was awesome! Highly recommend! We will be returning! Thank you so much for having us!

Great time!

I took a group of 14 people and overall the property was great for us! We had a great time and didn’t have any issues with anything in the house. The owner answers within a timely manner and was helpful and considerate. The pictures do need to be updated since the set up of the rooms are different than the ones they have, which kinda sucked because the birthday boy was looking forward to the 3 single beds room but we made it work. We only had access to the second and third floor which had 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, not sure why. Overall though we had a great time and would stay again.

Could use some maintenance

I rented this house for a group of 7 adults to stay at while attending conferences at the Convention Center for a week.Beds were comfy and house, for the most part, was clean - could use a good deep cleaning (spray residue from previous parties could be seen running down walls, stains on couch cushions, rugs, etc).Feet of couch and coffee table were broken and not repaired, so if you touched them in just the right way they would collapse.We were asked not to leave dirty dishes, yet there were no dishwasher pods (come to find out dishwasher was broken but there was no note of that anywhere) and no dish drain.No simple things that you would need when staying in a house (hand towels for kitchen especially when you have no dishwasher/dish drain; no extra roll of paper towels).Most of the windows didn't actually close/lock - when we arrived at the house there were several windows that were actually completely open.Instructions said to leave bags of trash inside front door - trash smells; consider having a bin outside for longer guest stays. Overall, house is big, sheets and towels were clean, and beds were comfy. Just lacking on the more "thoughtful" side of things that guests would need/want when staying in a house for more than 1-2 nights.

HUGE HOUSE! the softest beds ❀

I booked this stay for my family and me and when we arrived I was blown away with how big the house was! And the beds are so comfyâ˜ș It was an amazing stay just kinda sucks I paid a cleaning fee and they required no dirty dishes as well but other then that amazing and the host was very nice

Large and accommodating home

Our group had a great time at this home. It was conveniently located close to the convention center, well within easy walking distance for parents and children. We had more than enough space during our trip. Communication with the property manager was exceptional; very responsive. Check in was easy.
