The property is in a great location just across the street from Auburn University and next to great shops and restaurants. It’s very walkable to most anything you want to do there. The unit was modern and recently updated with nice furnishings. Everything was clean and well kept. It’s also very spacious with enough room to spread out for a family of four. There is a full kitchen and the basic supplies for cooking. My only concern was with the noise level from the neighboring bars. We stayed there on a Thursday and a Friday night and the bass reverberated through the entire place until 2:00am, from the house music being played. I feel like the listing description doesn’t fully relay the impact of this. Yes there are provided sound machines to help dampen the noise but it doesn’t fully mask it. So if you’re staying here for a game or night out and will be up late this is perfect place for you. If you’re sensitive to noise and go to bed early maybe not.

One of my favorites places to stay in Auburn! So close to everything, super clean, great host. Would not recommend it for small children though because of the bar scene next door. It’s very loud at night but we don’t mind it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse! Location can't be beat! You're in the middle of it all. Thankful for the noise machines in the room.Technically, I think this should show in the description as sleeping four. There are two bedrooms. I assume they are counting the couch for the other two sleeping locations. We were glad to find the blow-up mattresses in the closet.

This penthouse is absolutely adorable. The owners have thought of everything - from the decor to the household items to gameday necessities. It was so clean, and everything in the penthouse seemed new. The arrival and departure instructions were clear and easy. The star of the show is the location as you are steps from everything Auburn has to offer. Although parking is included, you really don't need your car to enjoy Auburn. There are only two issues - it does get a little noisy on the weekends with Sky Bar being so close. Also, the only way to access the apartment is via stairs so if you are traveling with older adults, you may want to consider that. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property,

The property was very clean and comfortable as was spacious. The location for walking around campus and downtown could not be better. But BE WARNED-when the description says it’s next to bars with bar noise and street traffic take heed. Those things are true. Those things are actually not the problem. The bar noise is actually club beats that go on past 2 am. The bar is open to the elements. No walls and there is just a small alley way between bedroom windows and the music. If you are in your 20’s and maybe even 30’s. Or you get so drunk you pass out. Or you are hard of hearing then this is the perfect rental property for you. If you are none of those things then you should keep shopping for a different place to stay/sleep.
