Room was dirty, there were marks all up the curtains of an ‘unknown organic origin’, the rooms was very dirty, shower room was dirty and so small that if you take a shower, you literally soak the whole bathroom, it was more of a bathroom cupboard than a wet room - I would never stay here again and would not recommend - the manager and staff should be ashamed. I did not have breakfast that I paid for, as if the rooms are that disgusting, what is the kitchen like!!

Room was clean, bed comfortable and staff friendly - but the room looked nothing like what was in the photos when I booked. Could have been a completely different hotel! Room was very small and not many amenities. The TV only had one working channel and the WiFi was slow and kept losing connection. There was nowhere to hang clothes or store luggage so basically everything was left on the floor. There was only 1 working lift which for 18 floors meant lots of long waits waiting for the lift to arrive. The room had a balcony but was more like a small ledge. Not big enough to get a chair out on it which is just as well as there were no chairs in the room.
The room was old.
Window catch broken. Couldnot shut the noise out from below.
No bedside light or switch so have to switch light off over the sink.
High step into bathroom which could be a problem for some.
Microwave and fridge had seen better days.
Not many power points working.
The small rail to hang any clothes was so high I couldn’t reach.
Free breakfast…what breakfast?
Some staff were great but others no so one particular was having a very bad day.
I know this is a budget hotel and I wasn’t expecting five star luxury but this fell well short.
On a plus point very central to the city.
Room and bathroom clean Nd good daily housekeeping services and kitchen facilities useful. very convenient central location .

The entire hotel is old and must be renovated! Must be upgraded and cleaned especially of mould and rust and dirt. Receptionist Bryan is an amazing Guy, like I wrote with a capital G!!! He was very willing to advise us with any queries! As many times as we wanted! He has just gone extra, above and beyond! Fantastic experience! He should work for a much better hotel!

There was no electric power in the hotel for several hours, & the hotel doesn't have an emergency power/generator. No hot water available, & the reception desk staff are not friendly -they're not even smiling.
When we check out the hotel on 1/29/26, i have to walk down the stairs from the 13th to the ground floor. I'm 70 y/o with difficulty in walking & with aching knees, & i really have a very bad experience @ this hotel. We have heavy luggages & I have to carry some of my luggages. I need to be reimbursed with some of the amount I paid.
You need to improve your service so that more people will patronize your hotel.
Well located accommodation. Pleasant reception area. We checked in and the receptionist didn't mention that we had to request from them the cutlery and utensils that we required. I felt this was unhelpful as I had to go back and ask why there were kitchen facilities but no crockery or cutlery. There was a broken wall heater with a sign telling us not to use. This should have either been removed or repaired. The configuration of the kitchen unit meant that the kettle wire had to be fed around the back of the sink to the plug. Although it was a no smoking room, there were cigarette butts on the balcony floor and on occasions (when we had the balcony door open) nicotine smells were filling our room. In other words somebody was smoking somewhere! The room was quite small but was adequate and as a budget room, was perfectly acceptable

The bed was comfortable and fresh towels provided daily was good. However: TV didn't have any siganl and the remote control was missing. No guest/hotel information in the room, no tisues, no soap, microwave was broken, shower curtain was too short, the fridge had a strong odour which made anything going in there smell weird. The swivel fan didn't point towards the beds so was quite hot.
