The front overlooks Bonair Reserve with a pond and walking paths. Inside: spacious bathroom, kitchenette, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi + desk, and lockbox check-in. Wake to tūī and fantails, stroll estuary trails, and unwind in modern, natural comfort. Tui Retreat is a peaceful, modern studio designed for comfort and relaxation. This private, self-contained space sits at the back of a newly built home in Silverdale, just five minutes from Orewa Beach. Inside, you’ll find a cosy bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, smart TV with free Netflix and YouTube, a dedicated work desk, and a built-in wardrobe for your belongings. The room opens onto a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or breakfast, and has blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. There’s also a modern bathroom with both a bath and a shower, and a kitchenette with sink, cupboards, washing machine, and dining area. The studio includes a fan, heater, fast Wi-Fi, and a lockbox for easy self-check-in. Guests have their own entrance, parking right in front of the door, and access to a storage cupboard with extra linen and towels. For those who like to stay active, there’s a small gym area available for a modest additional fee. Wake to the sound of tūī and fantails, and unwind in modern comfort surrounded by nature.
