THE SPACE
LIVE OAK LODGE was custom built to cater to large groups with an open floor plan and modern farmhouse architecture and decor. Sleeping up to 20 guests in 18 beds and 5 bedrooms, this 4,000 square foot SINGLE STORY home features a pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor big screen TV, stainless gas grill, smoker, party lights, ladder ball, basketball, corn hole, Kan Jam, pool table, hammock garden, covered outdoor patio and so much more! The open floor plan makes this home perfect for entertaining and relaxing with a large group of friends and family. The inviting great room with a limestone fireplace draws everyone in and the expansive bank of windows opens the space up to great views of the pool, fountains & canopied oak trees. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen is made for entertaining and offers stainless appliances, a center island with eight barstools, a breakfast table with seating for six, and a poker room/lounge area with seating for another 8ppl.

The home features high-end furnishings and luxury linens selected by a local award-winning interior designer, with only comfort and luxury in mind. This is a full-time, purpose-build vacation rental; you will not find locked closets, personal items or homeowner's pictures on the walls—this home is built with only the most discerning short-term guests in mind. LIVE OAK LODGE can serve as your destination or just a place to rest your heads at night.
