Welcome to the boho cottage on the east side of austin. We have designed it to feel cozy, light and airy. Within walking distance to the University, the arbor food trailer park, baseball field, dennys, shops and restaurants. We are less than a mile from Franklin barbecue and a short cab ride to downtown. We have a fully enclosed yard for your furry friends and have made the house a home away from home with full size appliances, ice cold air conditioning and washer and dryer.

This was a very lovely home. We really appreciated that all essentials were provided. It was clean and very homey. Host was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions I had! Great location as well, lots to explore around! We also appreciated the on property parking included! Will definitely be booking again for the future! :)

Disney was quick to respond with any concerns (which were very few). Stay was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Great location. My next trip to Austin I hope this place is available and definitely would book again!

Perfect stay!
We loved our stay! Disney and Matt were perfect hosts that were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Everything about the cottage listing was accurate and the location is very close to downtown.
Definitely recommend and will stay here whenever we are back in Austin!

A great stay!
My family and I came to Austin for an extended stay. The cottage is exactly as pictured and described. It is a cozy and nice cottage style that has been perfect for our family. The hosts are very attentive and are quick to respond to any messages! We even decided to extend our stay here for the duration we were in Austin.
Overall a wonderful stay!
