The Space:
The space is spacious, with an oversized primary bedroom with huge shiplap ceilings, a large walk-in closet, and a private patio to look at the hills over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. There is also an oversized living room and a private front patio and entrance. The kid's bedroom is small, but the home overall is a great size for a two-bedroom home in Avalon.

Walk to the golf course, downtown or to shop or eat. This unit has it all at a reasonable price.

Guest Access:
Registered guests are the only ones permitted to stay. No pets

The Neighborhood:
Avalon Flats is where people on vacation want to be. It is walking distance to everything. You won't need a cart, but a golf cart rental is a short walk away.
