We are taking extra precautions to keep our property extra clean for travelers.

One 6-seat golf cart with seat belts
Staircase to 2nd floor is located outside house.

The house was originally built and rented as a duplex. To make it more comfortable
for extended families we changed the description. It is now a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house
with 2 kitchens, living rooms and a large upper deck. And 1 golf cart that seats 6.

This comfortable, Well-appointed Duplex is close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway one block from all Catalina has to offer.

What a great rental! Perfectly located and adequately outfitted with everything you need for a great Avalon family vacation. Spacious (particularly for this town) with a big deck, air conditioned and ceiling fans in all of the rooms! The couple questions we had were answered very quickly. Amazing location & layout

Family stay

We stayed in the lovely well equipped and very well located home in June. We had many family members visiting Avalon over the weekend and we met for hordourves and cocktails at the property on the upstairs outside deck. The golf cart was a huge bonus and my 85 year old father was able to see views of Avalon that he hasn’t seen in decades. We had a wonderful stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The only downside was that we were not told that we had to walk through one bedroom to get to another and at night we had to go into the other bedroom to use the bathroom thus waking up the person sleeping in that room.
