The recently-built holiday home for 6  guests is in a beautiful
estate with swimming pool, in the green countryside of Avetrana, in
Urmo Belsito, 2 kilometers away from the beaches of San Pietro in
Bevagna. The swimming pool with solarium and outdoor shower is shared with the guests of the other two units.
Casetta della Nonna is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, barbecue, parking, hair-dryer and microwave oven. Pets are allowed.

The holiday home is introduced by a large porch with bamboo covering furnished with outdoor dining area.
The holiday home is refined, basic but cozy and it consists of a living room with open kitchenette, dining room and sofa bed, corridor with curtains that divides the living area from the sleeping area, 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
In the shared big garden, there are a swimming pool with solarium, gazebo, outdoor shower and parking.

The
holiday home is in a recently-built complex with swimming pool and
garden, in a residential area of Urmo Belsito, 2 kilometers away from
the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna and 3 kilometers away from its
lively city centre.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Garden and Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
