Your favorite central coast activities are just a walk or bike ride away – make a splash at Avila Beach, tee off at Avila Beach Golf Resort, take a walk on Bob Jones Bike Trail, or sip on local wines while boutique shopping. 3,348 sf, sleeps 14.

The homeowner has graciously married beach décor with a soothing crisp color pallet. The great room, game room, dining and kitchen flow from one living space to the next in an open floor concept. Take your place on the oversized couches while watching TV, or pull up a lounge chair on one of the three exterior decks to soak up the warm Avila Beach sunshine.

Each of the three master suites are decorated with comfy pillow-top beds, and well stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels and toiletries. The larger of the master suites has a king bed, private patio, mini-kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This master suite's bathroom includes a large vanity, double sinks, over-size shower, and soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and full bathroom suite. The third master suite has a king bed and joining master bathroom suite. The fourth bedroom functions as a bedroom and private office, and easily converts into an additional sleeping area with a pull down queen-size Murphy wall sleeper. Additional sleeping includes two (2) queen sleeper/sofas, one (1) twin/sleeper ottoman, one (1) twin/sleeper chair.

Just a quick drive to downtown SLO, Avila Beach has the most desirable weather in the country. Bob Jones Bike Trail, Sycamore Hot Springs, and Avila Barn are less than a mile from the beach house. Award winning restaurants, the Avila Bay Athletic Club (tennis and aerobic classes), and Avila Beach Golf Resort are just minutes away.

Beach Dreamer is not equipped to host weddings. No parties greater than 14 guests without prior disclosure and consent. This home has video security cameras positioned on exterior decks and entry doors.
