Perfect ski location. 9 mins to Vail; 5 mins to Beaver Creek. Close to shopping and other amenities. A lovely retreat for family and friends. One-car garage, plus three driveway parking spots.
I live in this home most of the year and want it to be cared for by guests. Best for families and adults. Not a party palace.
