All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with wardrobes, and boast spacious ensuite bathrooms with illuminated mirrors, showers, toilets, and sinks.



Descending to the ground floor, an open-plan living room and kitchen beckon. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals or showcasing your culinary skills. The living room features a comfortable sofa set before a smart TV (login required for Netflix), complemented by a dining area and ambient lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, a convenient half bathroom is located downstairs. A bonus is that you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to the sound system of the smart villa and enjoy the vibe.



Step outside to your private oasis – a beautiful pool area with sunbeds, an outdoor dining table, and designated parking. The heated pool (available upon request at least 3 days in advance for an additional cost) features color-changing lights and waterfalls, perfect for day or night swims. Please note: due to technical reasons, pool heating and the waterfall feature cannot operate simultaneously. If heating is activated, the waterfall will be temporarily turned off.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.



Guests will receive a digital rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.



THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.



PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!



Note: For everyone's safety and enjoyment, ATVs (All-Terrain Vehicles) are strictly prohibited from entering or parking at this complex.



EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS



•If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.



• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.



• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair



• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.



• Pool heating: The pool can be heated upon request and for an additional cost.

Please note that it may take a few days to reach its maximum temperature of 28 degrees, depending on the current conditions.
