Una calificaciĂłn de 7 para este hotel.

No te mencionan que no arreglan la habitaciĂłn diariamente. Solo cuando llegas esta limpio. Solo sacan la basura de los cestos. Amplio, cĂłmodo con refrigerador y microondas y ciertos utensilios. Buen aire acondicionado. La televisiĂłn no es por cable y en realidad sĂłlo se ve un canal. Bien ubicado.

Le rĂ©ceptionniste a essayĂ© de m’arnaquer, j’avais rĂ©servĂ© une suite confort 2 lits queen au prix du jour sur expĂ©dia, ils ont tentĂ© de me convaincre que j’avais rĂ©servĂ© la chambre standard alors que je voyais bien qu’il avait la mĂȘme information que moi sur son Ă©cran d’ordinateur... HONTE À EUX!!! Ils ont tentĂ© de me facturer un montant supplĂ©mentaire ce que j’ai refusĂ©. Pour cela, en tant qu’agente de voyage je dĂ©conseille fortement cet Ă©tablissement qui a fait preuve de malhonnĂȘtetĂ©. Par ailleurs, aucun service d’entretien en 3 jours, ni pour les draps, ni pour les serviettes de bain et non plus pour le papier higiĂ©nique. La chambre Ă©tant Ă©quipĂ©e d’une cuisinette, nous avons utilisĂ© leurs installations pour cuisiner des repas simples et par la mĂȘme occasion avons jetĂ©s nos dĂ©chets alimentaires et autres dans la poubelle. Il a fallu sortir nous meme les poubelles de la chambre au risque d’attirer davantage les fourmis... Je ne parlerai mĂȘme pas des points positifs, Ă  mon sens le manque d’honnĂȘtetĂ© de leur part a complĂštement gĂąchĂ© mon expĂ©rience client. Sur les 10 hĂŽtels rĂ©servĂ©s au Mexique pour mes voyages personnels depuis quelques annĂ©es, et pour mes nombreux clients, c’est la premiĂšre fois que ça arrive et c’est une grande dĂ©ception.
