We would definitely stay again. The room was clean and modern. It was walking distance to the fort and all the restaurants. There is a cafe right across the street that had a great breakfast and service. And there is a beer store on the corner.

Great experience in Hotel Naomi in Bacalar, Mexico: Everything was super clean and organized. The hotel location is perfect almost in Downtown. Few steps and you are in the main Downtown street. We had a little bit of mistake made by hotel staff and it was solved as soon as possible. The staff is very nice, convenient parking right by the hotel. Highly recommend!

Modern hotel in a rural town

Very modern rooms in a more rural mexican town. Its quite far from the bus terminals however most things are - its situated well near the Centro of Bacalar though. Most lagoon tours start from a fair walk away too from the hotels along the coast further down the road (approx 20-30minutes), but its safe enough. The hotel itself has tinted black windows for rooms but also blinds so there is plenty of privacy. Hot water, clean rooms and beds and a fridge too. No 24 hour reception though.

Chambre sans fenêtre. Pas de ponton ni de promenade. La réception n'est pas ouverte 24/24 h contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Pas de ménage durant les 2 jours. Proche du centre. Tout peut être fait à pied. Salle d'eau petite.

Chambre aveugle sans ouverture sur l'extérieur. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de ponton ni de promenade. Nous avions une réservation pour 1 nuit à laquelle nous avions rajouté une 2nde réservation pour une nuit supplémentaire en suivant. La personne à l'accueil était souriante mais ne trouvait aucune de nos 2 réservations. La réception n'est pas ouverte 24/24 h contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site. Aucun ménage n'a été fait pendant nos 2 nuits.
