Simply beautiful apartment in the outskirts, south of Backnang.

Our former (Bioland) farm / Aussiedlerhof is picturesquely situated between paddocks, fields and orchards.
The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of the old farmhouse which was completely renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail and according to building biological criteria. The individual location of our farm gives a fantastic view over almost the entire Backnanger Bay and the Swabian Forest. And yet the courtyard is very central. By car it is 300 m on the B14 towards Schwäbisch Hall and Stuttgart and the Autobahn feeder Mundelsheim on the A81. It is about a 3-minute walk to the bus stop to Backnang and the S-Bahn stations Backnang and Maubach. A full-range organic garden nursery is 700 meters away (open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). In 20 minutes you can easily walk to the center of Backnang with its historic old town and all conceivable shops, medical center and train station with S-Bahn connection to Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg as well as a regional train connection towards Schwäbisch Hall to Nuremberg.
In Backnang you will also find cultural experiences such as theater, cinema, restaurants etc. as well as an outdoor and indoor pool with a sauna area.

Our apartment has two rooms. Both can be used as bedrooms. In addition, a kitchen with dining area and a beautiful view. The apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished. The living room has a French balcony, satellite TV, internet connection (LAN) and a sofa bed with mattress. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and a work place with internet connection. The pretty bright bathroom with a view over Backnang has underfloor heating, a large sink, a toilet and a shower. The tastefully furnished, light-flooded eat-in kitchen is complete and of high quality. A place to stay and enjoy z. B. the sunsets. There is also a hallway with a cloakroom and storage room.

The spacious orchard can be used from April to October. Garden furniture is available.

Smokers have the opportunity to do so on the doorstep.

For stays of 14 days or more, the apartment is cleaned once a week (subject to payment).
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, dish soap, dish brush and toilet paper are provided.
