I am grateful the front desk allowed me to store my luggage as well as check in early for my stay. In terms of cleanliness, there were was a lot of dust in my room. As a person with severe allergies this was not comfortable. Additionally, the bubbling of paint in the bathroom and rust stains on the ceiling were unappealing. Lastly, the hvac system is extremely loud. It was very hard to hear while in conference calls and I felt I needed to turn the volume on my tv loud to hear over the system.

The Concierge on duty when I checked in was cheerfully professional and accommodating. The room was clean and I didn't notice any noise from the hallway or streets. My only issues of note were the accessibility issues with the entrance and parking.
