With its peaceful countryside location, 2 Manor Farm Cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms with a family bathroom. This well-appointed property benefits from a wood burner, plenty of seating and stunning views of the countryside making the sitting room the perfect space to snuggle down with a book or catch up with friends. The stylish open-plan kitchen/dining room effortlessly flows for an easy living space which is ideal for a relaxed brunch or even head to the outdoor dining area on the patio to while away long summer evenings.

Lovely cottage great location

Manor cottage is situated about a mile or so outside the village. It’s in a rural area, the setting is beautiful. Perfect for 4 people or less. The large lounge window gives a wonderful view of the countryside (and sheep). Nicely decorated, huge garden, good sized kitchen and dining room. We had a lovely stay.

2 Manor Cottages

Pretty stone cottage on the edge of Hook Norton with amazing views. Very spacious, ideal for two couples, well equipped kitchen, huge living area and a cosy wood burner which was much appreciated. Very nice place to stay even when the weather is miserable, as it was during our visit! Only minor quibble - 5pm check in is late for a winter stay. Would be nice to arrive in daylight hours!

A beautiful view and wonderful property

This was our third visit - the accommodation really feels like a holiday to us, is wonderfully positioned and always an inspiring setting full of interesting artwork. We go with two young children and it all works really well. The house is also really warm and cosy.

Lovely couple of days away

Had a fantastic stay at the cottage. The location was perfect and the cottage was very well-equipped with everything we needed. If there were any downsides it was that the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable but for a short stay it was not a problem at all. Highly recommended.

Great location and super accommodation

Book for a weeks break and were very pleased with the accommodation. Very high standard and all you need to have a very relaxing stay. Good location to visit my places and the information supplied on location attractions was ever useful. The Dun Inn well worth a visit. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely break

We enjoyed a lovely bank holiday weekend at 2 Manor Farm. Beautiful cottage with stunning views. Everything we needed for a relaxing break in the beautiful Cotswolds. Hook Norton Brewery worth a visit.

Lovely, peaceful break

We stayed for 4 nights on a very wet week in February - the cottage is a great size for a family of 4, plenty of living/dining space and amazing views out to the countryside. Would love to return in the summer and enjoy the beautiful outdoor space too.

My family & I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at 2 Manor Farm. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could require. The views across the landscape were very nice & we enjoyed watching the sheep! The mattresses were a little springy but they were actually quite comfortable & we had a good nights sleep! The property was easy to find & in a good location for us & our plans!

Beautiful Cottage!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage. The views are absolutely stunning—such a lovely sight to wake up to each morning. We were fortunate to have some good weather too, which made them even better! The cottage itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The off-road parking is a great bonus, and the location is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds. Banbury is just a 20-minute drive away, for supermarkets and shopping. Overall, a perfect getaway accommodation—highly recommended!

Hook Norton Beauty

We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations at the Manor Cottage. The kitchen was beautifully updated, and the view from the sitting room was breathtaking. We loved waking up every morning to the sheep just outside our window. Just a few minutes from the village, made it easy for us to enjoy a stroll or a drive to the local pubs where we were greeted warmly. I highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful area

We spent a very comfortable few days here and found the cottage warm, immaculately clean and spacious. It has lovely views over open fields and although the cottage is situated next to the road we were not disturbed at all by traffic. It’s a short walk (no footpath) into Hook Norton, which is a lovely village with a fantastic butcher and a great village shop that stocks a wide range of groceries.

Lovely holiday house

This is a super place to stay. The house is exceptionally nice. Decorated to a high standard, and very spacious and comfortable. The garden is lovely with a good sized lawn. It also has outdoor table and chairs. It overlooks a field with sheep, and is very peaceful. Great location in the countryside with lots of interesting places nearby, including a park with animals, birds etc. We'll definitely be back.

Generally great, but not the most comfortable sleep!

The cottage was generally fantastic, well-equipped, spacious, peaceful and with wonderful views. Our only gripe is with the mattresses and pillows which were poor quality and really quite uncomfortable; definitely not as good as would have been expected and not in line with the standard of the rest of the cottage.

Wedding Accommodation

I booked this accommodation for the night before my wedding, and it was absolute perfection! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with incredible attention to detail. The garden, complete with grazing sheep and breathtaking views, created the most peaceful and picturesque setting. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. I had the pleasure of speaking with the property manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our specific check-in and check-out needs, which made the stay even more stress-free during such a special weekend. I loved it so much that I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, and I’ll be recommending it to all my friends and family. It truly was the perfect place to stay for my wedding weekend. A nice place to stay

We took part of our family vacation here and travelled from the US. The house was beautiful and it’s all newly remodeled on the inside. The location is peaceful. It’s in a beautiful place but you will likely need a car to get around (that goes for most of the Cotswolds). We found the Waitrose grocery store in Banbury to be nice; It’s about 15 minutes away from this vacation rental. Chipping Norton is also close and has a really nice Caffe Nero coffee shop. If you are looking to unwind, this is a good option and a great value for your money.

Great place

This was a lovely house. We went on a short stay with our baby the only problem we had was we wanted to use the garden more and we had lots of lovely sunshine but there was no parasol in the garden so we couldn’t sit out there for too long with a small baby. Unfortunately the high chair was dusty and had hairs on it but we cleaned this ourselves. Good location for various attractions and not far from the local supermarkets. Lovely views from the house.
