Beds were clean, but the room was small and doesn't feel cosy. The key card didn't work the first time and the door was difficult to open. Safe was provided but there are no batteries to operate it. The 4 star rating is mainly for the fantastic location, where it is located just beside Paskal 23 Hyper Square which is super convenient and there are a lot of restaurants around. It is also near the Bandung train station.

Excellent location but bad management

We stayed in the premium floor with lounge access. The room is small and dirty. The shower handle is loose and can’t be adjusted. The aircon is too cold and the temperature can’t be adjusted. The worst thing is the water is dirty and brown.

Just spent a few days at Crown Plaza in Bandung and had a wonderful time thanks to the friendly staff : Julius at the front desk who took care of our concerns, Ryan and Jasmine at the executive lounge who were very friendly , always greeting us with smiles and kudos to the kitchen staff who served up delicious food in the evening. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Bandung train station and center of the city. Amenities are well provided and the room is very well attended. We enjoyed staying here. The only minor issue is that the room does not have good soundproofing. We could hear the dawn prayer calls at 4 am from the mosque nearby and the sound of water running from the room next door.

My heart belongs to this hotel… The whole team and staff treated us as if we were from a royal family. They even remembered our name. Fantastic breakfast, exquisite hotel, spacious room… nothing to complain but only tiptop The concierge team arranged a perfect trip to the tourist attractions. One of the best trips in our life!
