STILL AVAILABLE FOR THE MWC 2019!! GREAT PRICES AND EXCELLENT LOCATION. This apartment is ideal for MWC. We are very close to Plaza Espana. Do not lose the opportunity to stay at this high quality flat.

The apartment is located at the most trendy area of the Eixample quarter just 2 blocks away from the Sant Antoni market the entrance to the old town. Las Ramblas with the famous Boqueria organic market or the liceo opera house are 10 min on foot from the apartment in a very nice walk through the old town of barcelona. You can easily get to the MACBA (contemporary modern art museum of barcelona) from the flat.
The apartment is located at the golden restaurant area of the city. Next door you have restaurants such as tickets and 41 Grados (from Ferran Adria brother's Sergi Adria), Quimet Quimet, Ikibana, rias de galicia with its modern upper restaurant kru. The neighborhood has lots of nice cozy cafes and delicatessen grocery stores. Its delightful to walk on its streets and enjoy its local life. Nice traditional wine bars and cafeterias with people reading the paper and enjoying the sunny days of barcelona just steps away to the major sightseeings of the city.

The flat is a very elegant 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with very luxury finishing. Starting from its natural thick wooden floors and skirting boards that goes around the door lintel to the very comfortable beds both equipped with memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms are dressed with very high quality linen and have design furniture such as le corbusier tables and nice bedside lamps. All bathrooms offer premium quality chortex towels.
A state of art living room with a very comfortable leather chester sofa bed and a leather chester armchair. The furniture at the living room evokes quality and lots of comfort. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook as a chef.

The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom and a big lacquer doors closet. The second bedroom has its own lacquer doors closet and outside there is a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds. There is additional sleeping space at the very comfortable sofa bed.
This apartment has been design like the most luxurious senior suits of a five star hotel.
The apartment is ideal for a short vacation, long stays or business trip. Even if you are coming for a cruise ship the cruise ship terminal is 15 min on foot from the flat. In a short walk you can get to plaza espana where the barcelona exhibition center is located.

The apartment is wonderful, very well taken care of and perfectly located. Be aware that if you are coming by car, finding parking could be a hassle. That said, the apartment itself is everything that the listing says it is, and then some. We would return.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was lovely. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect size for 4 people. Great location in a neighborhood setting, quiet at night with many wonderful restaurants very close by.Victor, the host, responded promptly to all inquiries. Tony, the manager, was awesome. We took his half day walking tour and it was perfect. We saw so many beautiful historic sites as well as many amazing, more quaint locations that you would not see on other tours. We highly recommend any of his tours. Additionally, he gave us useful tips for our stay and was very prompt with any questions that came up. A couple of suggestions. ...A mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful for getting ready. When sharing a bathroom, it's always nice to be able to do your hair or makeup in another location wirhout a fogged up mirror.The previsit grocery stocking was very nice, but there are so many markets nearby, you don't need to do it unless you're on a very tight schedule.Similarly, an Uber to and from the airport is less than 50 so we didn't feel the taxi service was needed.The hosts and the apartment were welcoming and wonderful. You will not be disappointed!

It was a great location with many shops and restaurants near by. The metro station is also close by which is very convenient when exploring the city. The apartment was clean and had many amenities like a washer and dryer. The host was helpful and kind. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at this property. It's located in a cute neighborhood that has restaurants, produce & small supermart, bakery, pharmacy & a hospital. Very easy to get a taxi within the block of the VRBO. We were greeted by the property manager, Tony and he took us for a short walk around the neighborhood to show us where to grab a coffee or a meal. We were thankful for the information as it had been a big travel day and we were hungry. You must sign up for one of Tony's tours. We did the Walking tour of Barcelona and a trip to Montserrat.We had fun on both tours and learned a lot.We would definitely stay here again.

A great apartment in a wonderful area - close to everything but not at all touristy. Our host, Tony, was so considerate, attentive and flexible, from the check in process and his impromptu introduction to the area, to his day tour of Montserrat and walking tour of Barcelona. Modern Apt in Barcelona

Comfortable, clean, modern apartment in a security- conscious building with easy access to public transportation. The apartment manager greeted us in person, and was very friendly and helpful in orienting us to the apartment and the neighborhood. If you are wanting to be part of the community this is the place for you. Neighborhood is full of local flavor more than a touristy vibe. With neighbors walking their dogs, great local and affordable restaurants / shops, and street art on most buildings. It’s easy to get to most of the famous tourist attractions a few metro stops away or a 15-20 minute walk for those in shape.Great place for people who appreciate some of the comforts of home while enjoying the fabulous city of Barcelona.

Good location

This apartment was in a good location. Not noisy. Our host Tony was excellent. The only complain I can have is that it wasn't cleaned before we came in. Floor was covered in human hair and dust. Bathroom wasn't cleaned either before our arrival.

Lovely apartment!

We ( two couples) enjoyed a wonderfulstay! The communication with the owner and manager was excellent! Tony met us at the apartment and explained everything and helped us get acquainted with the area. He even set up taxi service for us when we booked! We had service from the port to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport! The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and well equipped!We highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!

The property building is very clean and quiet and secure. There were a lot of good cafes nearby and the Arena mall is a half mile walk away with lots of shops and restaurants. Our host was very helpful checking us in and providing information about the area. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay for us.

Beautiful Barcelona

The communication with the owner and Tony the property manager was seamless. Check in was quick, and efficient
as was mentioned you do pay the Tourism Taxes in cash but this was true in Portugal as well so didn’t seem odd. The apartment was clean and had very comfortable beds. There was a bottle of wine, apples and waters. We got a great recommendation from Tony for a quick dinner. We took Tony’s walking tour the next day. He knows the city well. He does walk pretty fast and covers a lot of ground even after asking to slow down. We would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!

We stayed for 6 nights and were really pleased. Tony helped us arrange for a taxi to and from the airport and met us at the apartment.
