The perfect base for four friends to enjoy a dance festival. 4 bed (2 doubles, 2 singles all in their own room) and 2bath (one very small, one decently sized). Kitchen is very functional and had everything we needed for basic cooking. Really appreciated having a local host who we could ask questions of. Would stay again.

Great spot in Eixample.

Great neighborhood and nice apartment for our family of 4. Check in was great and listing was accurate. Nice layout (could have easily slept 5 as we did not even use one of the twin bedrooms).We visited during an insane heatwave and the single AC unit was limited in its ability to cool the entire space but there were some fans to help. That is only a factor if you’re visiting on days that were consistently 95.All in all, great rental and would recommend!!!

Spacious appartment un convenient area

Flat was clean and modern. Nice balcony although only two chairs out there. Kitchen has plenty of crockery and pans but limited if you want to use the oven. We disliked the overpowering scent of the reed diffusers and ended up putting them outside on the balcony. I would stay here again.

Long in the tooth

This is a well used property. Many small issues that result from a poorly maintained condo - ie. heaters not working, Towel hooks falling out of bathroom wall, bathroom sink not attached to pedestal, shelves in closest units broken, coffee pot cracked, rusty bathtub, many dings and dents in walls and baseboards. Renter beware.

Ein schönes Apartament

Apartament befindet sich in einer tollen Lage ca. 700 m von der Placa d'Espanya, im 3 Stock mit Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist so wie bei der Buchung beschrieben ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist in der KĂŒche, die Betten haben gute nicht zu weiche Madratzen, sind bequem, zwei BĂ€der und ein Balkon der groß genug ist fĂŒr 6 Personen. Die Komunikation mit den Vermittern war total unkompliziert, wir haben die Tage genosse.

Amazing location, amazing place.

There is not one flaw regarding this property! The check-in was very easy and the host was very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent and quite literally next to a metro, but is really a 15-30min to pretty much anything you’d want to see. There is two bathrooms and four bedrooms which is a bonus, all were clean and the staff at the building were very nice and sweet. A lot of utensils and stuff to help with your stay. Overall had an amazing time in Barcelona and an amazing time at this property with Interhome.

Nicht gepflegt und Partynachbarn

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Eines des Toiletten ist bereits am ersten Tag kaputt gegangen, sie hat fĂŒr eine schnelle Reparatur gesorgt. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, die HandtĂŒcher hatten zum Teil Flecken, MĂ€use liefen innen in den WĂ€nden entlang und die Nachbarn haben fast jeden Tag Party gemacht, z.T. bis um 3.00 Uhr morgens. Besonders Ă€rgerlich, da man bei Interhome schriftlich darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man sich in diesem Haus ruhig zu verhalten hat.

FĂŒr Kurztrip geeignet

Wir waren mit 6 Personen (davon ein 2 JĂ€hriges Kind) in dieser Wohnung und fĂŒr ein paar Tage reicht sie vollkommen aus. Sie liegt gut zentral, eine Metrostation ist in der NĂ€he und auch viele kleine SupermĂ€rkte. Ich denke durch die lĂ€ngere Zeit jetzt ohne Tourismus wurde sie nicht ganz so gepflegt, aber war keinesfalls sehr dreckig oder eklig. Die elektronischen GerĂ€te funktionierten einwandfrei und der KĂŒhlschrank ist angemessen gross. kleines Manko, der Wasserkocher war wirklich dreckig.

Weekend in Barcelona

Overall it was a good experience. The property has a great location. Close to Metro, Bus and many small market, restaurants even atm. The staff when handing over the keys was very welcoming and friendly. Some furniture could use an improvment as it is worn but nothing too serious. I would recommed it though if you are a group of 6-7. Space is enough and it has enough for a good stay in Barcelona.

Peu aĂ©rĂ©e seules la salle Ă  manger et une chambre avaient une fenĂȘtre donnant de l'air Le petit balcon cĂŽtĂ© cuisine donnait sur deux des chambres de ce fait si les petites fenĂȘtres des chambres Ă©taient ouvertes non seulement il n'y avait pas d'air mais en plus les odeurs Ă©manant de la cuisine pĂ©nĂštrait dans les piĂšces. L'eau de la douche Ă©tait trĂšs faible La porte de la douche du petit cabinet de toilette ne fermait pas bien. La clim Ă©tait uniquement dans la salle Ă  manger les autres piĂšces n'en profitaient donc pas.

Good location and great service

We stayed in apartment from July 1st to 4th. The location is great, close to Metro, and attractions. Has supermarkets, mall, and cafes close by. The apartment had everything necessary for a short stay, airconditioning was only in the living room so have to leave all other rooms open to get them cooled which was a bit inconvenient but worked. TV has only few channels and we couldn't watch the world soccer games but went outside to a bar. One of the bathroom is tiny, and the water pressure low and if couple of people take shower it drains the hot water quickly but we worked around it. Apartment was clean. The value is great and we recommend this property.

Nice location, great place

The apartment is very nicely located and very walkable. Very clean too. The only problem was what seemed to be the primary bathroom is really small and the water temperature doesn't hold above cold for more than 2 minutes. I definitely recommend the stay here and I would do so again.
