Completely remodeled house close to the beach, golf, and tons of wineries!

This is a gorgeous, newly renovated home with a ton of great amenities! Everything in this house was renovated in 2022, including the floors, HVAC, kitchen, bathroom, patio, new fire pit, all appliances, and all new furniture! The house is great for anyone that wants to be close to the beach, golf course, or wineries. Located just a short 10 minute drive to Weko Beach, 5 minutes from Pebblewood golf course, and right in the middle of a TON of wineries. At the house you can sit out and relax on the patio for a nice dinner, soak it up in the hot tub, or relax by a nice fire.

Inside the home you will be greeted with new furniture, beds, appliances and much more. The living room is equipped with a brand new 65 inch smart tv and the 2 main bedrooms have new smart tvs as well so you can fall asleep to your favorite movie or series. In order to maximize your enjoyment on your vacation, this house includes central heat and air conditioning, high-speed wifi, grill, games, YouTube TV, outdoor seating on the gorgeous patio, and much more. This house is perfectly set up to enjoy Baroda to its fullest potential, where the location is prime. There is enough room to park multiple cars in the driveway.

Mother Daughter trip 55 age. Nice location minutes from Baroda and Bridgton. Peaceful, country setting. Tidy property, gas grill and firepit available. We enjoyed the hot tub.Everything you need in the full sized kitchen. 3 comfortable bedrooms (one small with twin bed and closet. Highchair and pack-n-play in closet.Large flat backyard. 8 minutes to Weko beach..10 to Warren Dunes State Park.Multiple vineyards/wineries under 10 minutes away!Definitely recommended for family or girlfriend getaway!

This is a great place to stay. It is clean and well maintained. The owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. This was the second time we stayed here. We enjoy the privacy of the backyard and the country feel, even though it's just minutes from town. We hope to return again next summer!

This was our second time staying at this property and it's always great! Convenient location close to our favorite beach and we had a great "lightning bug" show each evening. Perfect weather for the hot tub (or hot pool as my kids call it) and easy check in and out process!

Great little home for a stay in the middle of the action in lower Michigan. Not far from all the magic Michigan has. Winery’s. Beach. Farms. Little towns. Enjoyed sitting out back by the fire and relaxing. Ken was super responsive to any questions asked. Home has the essentials needed for a nice stay. Highly recommend.

Quiet Country Cottage

This home was clean with cute decorations and ample supplies to help us feel right at home. AC worked great during the hot summer days. Great location close to county/state beaches and shoreline towns. The backyard outdoor space was wonderful and private since there were no close neighbors - loved the hot tub & the firepit with a generous supply of dry firewood. There were several restaurants & wineries close by as well.

Awesome place to stay!

This is a great property. The location is close to the beach and both Bridgman and Baroda. We really enjoyed the large yard, firepit and hot tub. Everything on the property is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our kids for a last fun weekend before school started. The house was beautiful and provided everything we needed for a fun weekend. The owners gave us an excellent beach recommendation and it ended up being everyone's favorite part of our trip! I have only positives to say about my stay.

Great Little Place Close to the Beach

Solitude and relaxing

The accomodations as were as described, although the pictures make the property look bigger than it is. Mattresses weren't great. Atmosphere was ok but felt a bit cold. Bath and kitchen well stocked.Lovely new appliances. Great communication with owner. Weather didn't cooperate so we could enjoy the outdoor activities. That alone, soured our visit. If you're lucky enough to have lots of sun, I believe our stay would have been much more enjoyable.

Just the perfect house in a great location

This was just the perfect house in the perfect location. Myself, my mom, and my sisters stayed her on a girls trip and this place is so cute and comfy. The owner has gone above and beyond to make this place cute and cozy and the hot tub was such a great added bonus at the end of some long days exploring the dunes. We loved this place so much and would love to come back again!
