The Villa is situated across the road from the main beach in Baška Voda, central Dalmatia, Croatia.
The Villa consists of a courtyard, ground floor and first floor. The courtyard is separated into three areas - first is the parking space, second is the main courtyard with a heated swimming pool and a hot tub for 6, the third area consists of an outside kitchen and a grill house, along with a covered dining area and a covered outdoor style gym.
The ground floor consists of a single massive space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are situated, with an exit to the terrace overlooking the main part of the courtyard. The rest of the ground floor holds a bedroom with private bathroom, and the main bathroom where the sauna, indoor jetted tub for one and the washing machine (washer/dryer combo) are located.
The 3 identical bedrooms with separate bathrooms are located upstairs on the first floor.
The villa is fully equipped with cuttlery, dishes, towels, pool towels, bed sheets, free wi-fi internet and a TV in the living room as well as in each bedroom.
Along side the Villa there is a small separate "apartment" for one person with private bathroom and a small kitchen for escort staff (e.g. sitter, butler or security).
