This was a beautiful home. There were four of us, all middle-aged adults, staying here and it was plenty of room to spread out, read, or even nap! Mind you, there are stairs, and I had just had knee surgery but, once I got into the house, I stayed on the ground floor. There are two porches, one off the ground floor and one off the upper floor - nice places to relax and just hang out.The bedrooms upstairs are contiguous, two on each side with adjoining bathrooms. One of the best things about this house is its location, you are within walking distance of much of downtown Beaufort. The owner is just delightful to talk to - I texted her to ask about the sheets I slept on, they were the softest sheets I had slept on everâŠThe house was well appointed, though we didnât cook. The kitchen was a nice place to hang out and just nosh while we talked. The backyard had lots of spaces to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet in that neighborhood. You can hear a little bit of the traffic, but thereâs so much greenery around. Itâs insulates a lot of the noise.I would highly recommend staying here.
We loved our stay! The home was in the perfect location and the atmosphere was fantastic. We were there with three generations of family and everyone had a lot of fun. Weâll definitely be back.
