The air conditioning worked well but took time to get started. There was lots of shops and restaurants very close to the hotel.

The hotel was in a superb central location, easy to find. It had 24 hour access with a staffed reception. The room was not huge, but spotlessly clean. For the price i paid i was more than happy with the hotel.

The bed and shower/toilet areas were very clean. There are no other facilities at the property as it's really only meant for stop-over accomodation. If there were two guests the room would be very cramped with just about enough space to walk around the bed. I was a single guest and it suied me ok, it was priced well and in a great location. If you only need a base to work from with a clean, private bed & shower it's ideal. When on my own, I wouldn't have any hesitation in staying here again.

Had never used easyHotel before... Considering the price it was exactly what I was expecting. Room was very small (just about enough legroom to stand, or sit on the sides of the bed, between the bed and the walls). TV was mounted very high on the wall which meant the colours looked a bit wrong being viewed from such a low angle when laying in the bed. A minor quibble. Shower and toilet were decent and not overly cramped as can often be the case in small hotel rooms. Would definitely use again if the price was right.

I think concept is very good to be minimalist and keep pocket friendly. But I think what lacks is very basic amenities like a kettle in the room, I understand this might not be a policy but at least should have a common area where they can get hot water for preparing baby food, formula milk.

We rented a quadruple room for four people as we were only staying one night. With the price I was expecting too much. But it was great! The room was clean, the location was unbelievable, and the staff went above and beyond. Too be honest if you were planning on doing a lot of sight seeing, this is definitely a great location because your right beside city hall. Although checkout was at 10 AM, we paid the 5 pounds to keep four bags at the hotel and the employee was so helpful. We picked them back up around 1PM and walked to the train station. Very worth it, in price and location.

A fantastic location in the city with walking distances to the majority of all the different aspects one might want to explore or enjoy. Basic but fresh rooms. A very friendly and kind staff made the stay a complete success.

Excellent sized family room for 3 adults. Beds comfy. Iron & hairdryer supplied on request. Central to everything and walking distance to bars, restaurants, markets, shops and must sees. Would definitely return.

Location was great, hotel safe, cost was reasonable , the room was very compact and not much room to walk around bed. Bed was comfortable, but the hallways leading to room were not cleaned and had large trolly in hallway, the shower leaked each time I showered. Most hotels have had problems with heat for the first night of stay. The front staff at entrance were excellent and addressed heating issue quickly. I would suggest to anyone travelling in UK to check snd make sure the heater and or boiler is turned on and working during regular hours so you don’t have a cold night. I have had many cold first nights in many stays. Many of the bed and breakfast places i could not reach anyone overnight or felt uncomfortable reaching out late at night due heating issue. Rate for this hotel would be 4 out of 5 as the cost was lower.
