The hotel was a beautiful place with really friendly and helpful staff. However it’s in the Cathedral district which is the hub of the entertainment area. It can get VERY noisy at night and we had to move rooms in order to get a good nights sleep. This was organised very efficiently by the hotel staff and our second night was much quieter. The hotel is very convenient for exploring Belfast and the hotel staff are excellent.

GREAT location. BEAUTIFUL hotel. DELICIOUS breakfast. Super-professional staff. All around excellent experience. Rooms were a good size and really nicely decorated (we stayed in the Victorian rooms). Only slight mis-understanding was on the payment terms. The booking said pay at property but they needed to bill two weeks in advance. We got it worked out but suggest that the hotel update their T&Cs on their Expedia listing for a more pleasant experience. Overall AMAZING hotel and would highly, highly recommend.
