Welcome to The Rendezvous, a serene escape in Bella Vista! This well-maintained home offers breathtaking treetop views overlooking the Little Sugar bike trail. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Just a short 15-minute drive to downtown Bentonville, the home is also located about a mile from Bella Vista Country Club, Avalon and Windsor Lakes, Tanyard Creek, Huntley Gravity Park, and many other local attractions and amenities.

Welcome to ‘The Rendezvous’, a brand-new home in Bella Vista! The home offers breathtaking views overlooking the Little Sugar bike trail from the tree top deck. It is the perfect place to relax and take in the natural beauty of the Ozarks. We are located a short 15 min drive to downtown Bentonville. The home is about a mile from Bella Vista Country Club, Avalon and Windsor Lakes, Tanyard Creek, Huntley Gravity Park, and many other amenities Bella Vista has to offer.

This beautiful, well-appointed 3-bedroom, 3 full-bath home located directly on the bike trail is perfect for families, friends, and groups seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Bella Vista. Thoughtfully designed for both fun and function, the home features:

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook and gather—featuring top-of-the-line appliances, an air fryer/convection oven, coffee maker, popcorn maker, plenty of cookware and utensils, and a massive island perfect for sharing meals and conversation.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed with a spa-like ensuite bathroom including a luxurious jetted tub and oversized shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
Bedroom 3: Two full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle—great for kids or larger groups.

* Tech-friendly amenities: High-speed 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, Roku Smart TVs in every room, and a brand-new washer and dryer.

* Spacious back deck overlooking the Little Sugar bike trail—ideal for sipping coffee, birdwatching, or cheering on passing cyclists and hikers.

*Oversized two-car garage with built-in locker, bike rack, and even a golf putting game—perfect for storing gear and having fun off the trail.

Guest access:
Guests can self check-in via the keypad on the door. Electronic door codes will be sent to you prior to arrival.
Parking is available in driveway and in the garage. On-Street parking is prohibited!

The entire house is available to use except for one locked closet with the owner's cleaning supplies.

Other things to note:
We have one outward facing camera above the garage.

*Bella Vista is a members-only community, and some amenities require guest passes. Please request passes when booking so we have time to process them (takes 7–10 business days).

With a guest pass, you’ll get access to:

Swimming/dock use at all lakes

Best VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Loved having a Keurig and electric teapot. Normally have to bring our own. Location was great for our activities which included golfing, attending NW Arkansas Championship LPGA golf tournament and Crystal Bridges. Communication with property owners was excellent. Would stay here again. Highly recommend this home.

What a great property!! We stayed here for my son’s golf tournament that was held at Bella Vista Country club and it was perfect proximity! Great walking trails nearby too! Loved the area and the house is perfect set up and very clean! We loved it and have no complaints!!!

NW Arkansas Adventure

We had an amazing time visiting family in NW Arkansas. We rented Ebikes and rode all through Bella Vista and Bentonville for about 20 miles! We rented a boat and went tubing on Loch Lemond. The lake was gorgeous and not crowded at all, maybe 6 boats and this was the 3rd of July! We watched an incredible firework show. Went golfing. Spent time in Bentonville square every day where there are tons of restaurants to choose from and delicious ice cream to have at Spark Cafe and Soda Fountain. The entire area of NW Arkansas offers plenty to do and this place is clean and safe! Extremely family friendly. Coming home to this was perfect. The house is gorgeous, immaculate and has everything you need! A breeze to get in touch and chat with the host. An excellent vacation!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Love all the privacy out back. Everything was very neat/clean with everything we needed. Suggestion would be for a less squeaky bed in 2nd guest room as my husband and I kept waking each other up when turning over and more hooks or places to hang towels. Other than that everything was perfect! Well done!

This property was perfect. We and another couple were attending a wedding, location was excellent, allowed us access to all areas of NWA. I have told the owners that they have a gem. The home was cozy, warm & beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, the view while grilling is incredible Location was great, 10 minutes away from Blowing Springs trail. You can view the Uphill both ways trail from the deck, access it on a gravel pathway a couple houses up. Huntley Gravity Park is a 2 minute drive. Will definitely be back.

Amazing home

We visit Northwest Arkansas every six months or so to see my husband’s parents, and this trip was extra special—an 80th birthday and a 60th wedding anniversary! This home was absolutely perfect for the occasion. It’s beautiful, extremely well-appointed, and comfortably fit five adults. The location is super convenient—close to everything—but still peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was just gorgeous. Natalia was kind, responsive, and easy to work with. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Everything we we hoped for!

The house was very thoughtfully supplied with everything you could have needed- there was even a small sewing kit in a drawer if we would have needed it! It was perfect for our family of 7.
