We had a very nice stay. The house was in great location and great layout for everybody that wanted a own bathroom with showers, but the only downfall was is that it had a smell to it for an older home and it wasn’t very clean for the money that I paid. But we had a great time in Sun River oh and you need new bikes !

Every accommodation you need.

There were nine of us who went. We enjoyed all the amenities. Bike riding, swimming, basketball, hot tube, and let’s not forget the parks. We did it all. I would highly recommends. It housed all of us perfectly. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Cozy and comfortable!

This home was more compartmentalized, not as open as the previous places we’ve stayed, but ended up being perfect for our family. Also more affordable! Very kid and pet friendly and the owner was quick to respond to our needs.The map on our phone took us to #2 Rogue instead of #22 Rogue so be aware.

Wonderful place

House was perfect for 3 families, especially if one family has kids. Perfect set up, all master suites! House was very well stocked. Fridge had ice maker which was great! We will definitely be back!

A well appointed home

The house is a bit dated but nice overall. Very well appointed with appliances, cookware and extra linens, pillows heaters, fans etc. Basically feels like you're staying at a friends house for the weekend while they are out of town.

We had my 2 yr old birthday out Sunriver and the cabin was clean and so accommodating, had everything you could want or need! Gorgeous cabin with games an amazing bike trails! we had a great trip!

Great family house

Loved out stay at this home! Clean and updated while still giving cozy and classic cabin vibes. Host was amazing at staying in touch in run up to our stay and great at responding during stay. Loved the game room in the garage too. We will definitely be coming back! Hopefully sooner then later.

Great location, beautiful home, great deck, great amenities, bikes, baby pool, kitchen, the problem was that the air condition worked great on the lower level but not good at all upstairs, especially in the back room, the only vent was in the bathroom. One of the reasons we chose this house was for the air conditioning. The fans were not enough to cool down the rooms at night, and so when we opened the windows there was smoke from the wildfires, so it was uncomfortable. Also, the many levels of the floors downstairs on the main level were not a problem for the adults but for the young children we had to put up gates (thanks for the gates:) Also, just a safety concern, a storage door near the downstairs bathroom was unlocked, so we moved the cleaning supplies to the top to make sure the kids didn't get into it. Also, in the downstairs bathroom, the sink plug did not work. Lastly outside on the steps there is a nail that needs to be pounded down, I think it is the 3rd stair, in the middle. Also, maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned downstairs.

Fabulous Famiky Get a Way!

We had a wonderful time staying at 22 Rouge Lane. The home was the perfect size for our 3 families to come together for a full week of fun and complete relaxation. With 3 large bedrooms, all fully complete with king beds (extremely comfortable) each with their own on suite, 2 large living areas for kids and adults to spread out, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful deck with a large hot tub - this place had it all. Best though was the communications between us and the management. Extremely responsive and when there was any sort of problem or issue, they responded almost immediately ‘every time’. If you’ve ever stayed at a VRBO you know how important that is! Everything from the garage full of bikes and arcade games, clean and warm hot tub, shower hot water, AC, and kitchen appliances/fully stocked dishes and cookware, this place delivered! With the hope of more trips like this still to come, 22Rouge will definitely be on the ‘short list’ of places we’ll hope to find! 👍

This property really needs to be updated for the amount that they charge for the rental. Very dark inside, older and dirty carpet. Plus, cobwebs throughput the cabin and dirty dishes in cupboards. Also, items in the kitchen that don’t work, or were so worn that they weren’t easy to use. Very disappointed in general.
